| The construction industry is a very important source of China’s national economic growth.Although the total output value of the construction industry is as high as 30%,the profit margin of China’s average output value is only about 3.5%.The main reason is reflected in the low degree of informationization in the construction industry and the backward construction technology.In response to this phenomenon,more and more companies have begun to pay attention to BIM technology in recent years.The visualization and multi-dimensionality of BIM technology is the main reason for its widespread application in the construction industry,especially in large and complex engineering projects.However,BIM still has many risk factors in the five levels of technology,economy,management,personnel and policy.The use of BIM technology can’t escape many problems,and construction companies can’t play their biggest role in the application of BIM technology.The application effect,sometimes using BIM technology will also bring risks to the construction company.The definition of risk in the Chinese dictionary is a possible danger in the future.The BIM technology risk factor is the problem that BIM technology applies to the construction project.The unreasonable application of this technology has bad consequences and fails to meet the expected requirements.Identifying or uncertain factors cause losses to the business.Identifying and analyzing the risk factors of BIM technology application,controlling these risk factors and making rational use of BIM technology are the key to ensuring the application of BIM technology.In summary,this paper analyzes the risk factors of BIM technology application in construction enterprises from the perspective of construction enterprises,and proposes countermeasures for key risk factors,which is beneficial to control the risk of BIM technology applied in construction enterprises.And can promote the sustainable development of construction companies.Through reading the relevant literatures,this paper sorts out the related research on the application of BIM technology in the construction stage,the risk research of applying BIM technology,and the related research on risk factors of BIM application.Then it expounds BIM technology theory,risk theory and risk management theory,and determines the basic methods of risk factor identification and analysis.This paper collects the data needed by the research in the form of questionnaire survey.After testing the reliability and validity of the sample,the analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze the questionnaire data,and the key risk factors affecting the application of BIM technology in construction enterprises are obtained.The key risk factors are:poor data interactivity;BIM model accuracy;BIM training costs are high;BIM software purchase costs are high;traditional management mode changes are difficult;BIM technicians are lacking;BIM technicians are low quality;BIM operators Poor initiative;unclear distribution of responsibilities;BIM related standards.This paper proposes corresponding countermeasures for the above key risk factors. |
