Some remanufactured products can even meet or exceedits prototype.Construction machinery is an important part of the national equipment manufacturingindustry, and it occupies an important position in national defense, economic construction andsocial development. China is a big country in using and selling construction machineryproducts, According to statistics in2012from the China Construction Machinery IndustryAssociation, construction machinery products in China are about504million to547millionunits in total, and the figure is increasing every year. Such a huge population is bound to bringour society a serious problem, and that is, how to deal with those used construction machinery.My answer is recycling and remanufacturing those used construction machinery products.The author analyzed the developments of engineering machinery, the possibility of itsremanufacturing in China, and got a conclusion that the implementation of constructionmachinery remanufacturing can bring great benefits to the environment, society and economyetc. and raised a number of issues that must be noted during the remanufacturing. The authormade a SWOT analysis of engineering machinery based on China’s special nationalconditions, and finally learned that construction machinery in China still has a very largedevelopment space in future.Furthermore, the author established a system for construction machinery remanufacturingcomprehensive assessment according to the assessment of the qualitative and quantitativecharacteristics in remanufacturing at home and abroad, and the calculation method based onfuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The five evaluationmodules fully considered the impact of various factors in remanufacturing. The authorcollected the date in his internship, recorded them in the Access database, programmedcalculations in VB language, and then got the comprehensive evaluation index in remanufacturing by analysis in computer and finally gave users assessments advice forreference.Finally, the author elaborated the ideas and methods of computation in establishingassessment system of those various functional modules, completed the assessment softwaredevelopment of construction machinery remanufacturing.
