| Energy is the source of power to promote social development. With the growing energy consumption, the energy crisis increasingly prominent in the21st century, however the energy consumption in process of construction and operation accounts for about1/2of global energy, so building energy efficiency become the common focus all over the world. The rapid development of Chinese construction industry aggravates our country energy shortage,restricts the sustainable development strategic target realization, so reduce building energy consumption has become the major issues facing our country. Shenyang is a building area growing rapidly region in our country, whose climate is cold, the winter heating period is long and the demand for air conditioning increases unceasingly, the climate characteristics make the building energy consumption reducing of the region concerned.First, this paper focus on residential energy consumption characteristics of cold area, through the form of questionnaire collected relevant information air conditioning behavior patterns, summer indoor thermal environment and energy consumption situation of residential building in shenyang area, find out the main life style and behavior habits of residents in the area, which lay the foundation for the analysis of influence between air conditioning behavior model and residential building energy consumption.Secondly, author determined the impact of residential air conditioning energy consumption factors based on the investigation and analysized influencing significantly to the summer building energy consumption by air conditioning set temperature, air conditioning open time, air conditioning switch behavior, night ventilation, family structure and housing area using statistical analysis software of multi-factor variance method, which clarified the air conditioning behavior affect the region residential building air conditioning energy consumption and played an important role for analysing different air conditioning behavior mode of the residential building energy consumption and comfort.Finally,Introduced the energy consumption simulation software DeST-h which is used to simulate residential air conditioning energy consumption under the mode of the typical life of the air conditioning set temperature, air conditioning open-close habits and window behavior in the area, established a corresponding model and set parameters with the purpose of analyzing air-conditioned behavior patterns of residential influence to building energy consumption quantitativly. While using computational fluid dynamics CFD simulation software simulated thermal comfort in air-conditioned behavior mode,evaluated and analyzed air conditioning behavior, which play an important role to promote building energy efficiency in China. |
