With the increase of per capita disposable economic level in China,the air conditioning energy consumption for improving indoor also increased linearly.It is more tense that China's energy shortage problem.How to solve the problem that not only creating a good indoor environment but also reducing the building energy consumption has become an urgent problem.In summer,the air conditioning behavior and window opening behavior are two key factors that effect the residential building energy consumption,reasonable use of them is essential to reduce building energy consumption.A questionnaire survey was conducted among different age groups about the factors affecting the use of windows and air conditioning,thermal comfort of personnel and air conditioning energy consumption.According to the results of the questionnaire,obtain 6kinds of air conditioning use and window behavior patterns and the two extreme modes.In addition,the results also show that,indoor and outdoor temperature is the most important factor of people to change behavior about using windows and air conditioning,income level and living number is second,the relative humidity,building orientation and age etc.have little effect.Select 5 typical users as a test object,for 3 months of continuous measurement about the indoor and outdoor thermal environment,personnel in the room and the window status and the use of air conditioning.The effects of environmental factors and population characteristics etc.on the windows and air conditioning are analyzed.Multivariate factor variance analysis was used to investigate the effects of various factors on the use of windows and air conditioning.According to results,outdoor temperature,indoor temperature and indoor humidity are the significant factors which affecting the air conditioning state,indoor and outdoor temperature has a significant impact on the change of the window state.The probability model of air conditioning and the probability model of window opening are obtained by Logistic regression analysis.The building model was established and the model similar to the actual building.The energy is simulated for 6 different air conditioning and window behavior modes.The applicability of the model is verified by comparing the simulation results with the measured results.Comprehensive investigation,measurement and simulation results propose three recommendations to optimize the the behavior pattern.The final optimization behavior model of energy saving 24.65%~84.61% than the initial behavior model.
