Study On The Design Of Courtyard-type Residence On Sojourn For The Aged In Sichuan And Chongqing

Under the background of the aged society,with the increasing material and spiritual needs of people,some aged began to try a new way of lifestyle,such as sojourn or living in groups.As a supplement to the old-age care at home,this independent old-age care method enriches the old people’s life,balances regional development and alleviates the pressure of urban pension.In the deployment of tourism and pension services in Sichuan and Chongqing,the state puts forward the concept of "Health Care",develops tourism around the city,and encourages the elderly to enjoy leisure and pension.It can be said that Sichuan and Chongqing provide a natural "experimental field" for the new type of life with excellent natural and cultural resources,which plays an important role in the positive aging development of society.However,when the residence for the aged ushers in the development opportunities,it also exposes many problems and construction blind spots.Especially in Sichuan and Chongqing area,the courtyard-type residence for the aged is favored because it can quickly create the neighborhood atmosphere and promote the interaction of the elderly.But on the one hand,the suburban "Courtyard Villa" old-age housing construction is in full swing,but it fails to really clarify the relationship between the living needs of the elderly and the housing form;on the other hand,the existing courtyard old-age housing space environment is increasingly prominent,unable to provide the elderly with a comfortable living environment that can not only guarantee privacy,but also promote communication,which hinders the elderly from further exploring a new type of old-age model.Based on the above problems,this paper selects the elderly living together under the mode of group living as the research object to explore the relationship between the living space environment of the urban elderly living in the suburbs and the demand of the new-type pension mode,so as to improve the quality of the living space,enhance the sense of belonging of the elderly,promote the interaction of the elderly,and achieve the active aging of the society.The paper summarizes research methods to further study the courtyard-type residence for the aged through literature research,field research and interviews : first of all,paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad and makes basic research,and concludes the necessity and design points of the compound type residence for the aged.Secondly,paper analyzes the characteristics,life patterns and psychological needs of the elderly living together in Sichuan and Chongqing area;on the other hand,it analyzes the current problems and contradictions of the residence,and learns the experience and lessons.Then,in view of the problems and design influencing factors summarized in the survey,combining the characteristics of Sichuan and Chongqing region and the group characteristics of the elderly living in Sichuan and Chongqing,the design principles are put forward,and from macro to micro,the location planning strategy of "de-isolation",the small and centralized general layout strategy,the architectural design strategy with rich levels and the spatial design strategy of neighborhood interaction are put forward and analyzed systematically.Finally,this paper applies the strategy to to practical projects and reflects and summarizes the results.At last,it is concluded that the compound residence,with its own spatial characteristics,can provide a good development direction for the old-age mode of group living based on the experience of "cooperative residential community" abroad,and can avoid the problem of homogeneous design under the trend of "Courtyard Villa".In addition,it is more urgent to solve the spiritual needs of the elderly under the new pension model.Paying attention to the hierarchical design of residence to take into account the public and private nature can effectively create a harmonious neighborhood communication environment.In the future,there will be a lot of residences under the new-type pension mode,which will provide reference for the construction of living pension residences.
