In recent years, with China’s transition from extensive economic growth mode to ecological priority sustainable development mode, problems such as natural environment pollution, ecological environment damage and frequent geological disasters have been highly valued, and the concept of symbiotic development between human and ecological environment has finally been deepened. In March 2018,the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources showed that the protection of the natural environment and urban and rural development have been unified in the national spatial planning and management. In fact, the pursuit of the symbiotic development of human and nature is not a new concept. The geographical design theory follows the three core ideas of "people-oriented,local conditions, and circular iteration",connecting the bridge between planning and design and scientific analysis to achieve the sustainable development of natural resources.Compared with plain cities, the natural geographical environment of mountain cities has many characteristics, such as complex topography, unstable geology and hydrology, changeable climate, rich biodiversity, frequent natural disasters and so on.This particularity determines that it has an important application value to study the method and realization way of mountain city from the perspective of geographical design. The research mainly includes the following three parts:The first part is the research background and basic theory.Firstly, the thesis expounds the background, the purpose, significance and the concept of research object, and puts forward the research contents and framework(Chapter 1).Secondly,the characteristics of the geographical design of mountain cities are described.According to the advantages of geographical design and the characteristics of geographical environment, the paper puts forward four characteristics of geographical design of mountain cities: a multidisciplinary science based on mountain geography,a feedback iterative process,a way of public participation and a natural-based methodology, that is,considering the construction and development of mountain cities from natural, social and economic aspects(Chapter2).The second part is the key part of this paper.Starting from the overall framework of the geographical design of mountain cities, through the analysis of the geographical elements,it is proposed that the seven major elements of topography and geomorphology, geological structure, hydrological conditions, climate conditions, biodiversity, soil conditions and natural disasters are typical representatives of the geographical elements of mountain cities.Combined with the analysis of urban design elements such as land use, spatial form, road traffic, green landscape, safety prevention and heritage protection, this paper analyzes the technical method of geographical elements, and constructs a framework of geographical design for mountain cities based on conservation, active adaptation, response mitigation and local optimization, and then a geographical design implementation path combining design with nature, insisting on the three principles from passive to active, from primary to advanced, from rigid to elastic(Chapter 3).Next,based on the study of the framework of the geographical design of mountain cities, combined with the ecological characteristics of mountain cities, the paper puts forward the realization path of "maintaining conservation landscape pattern, actively adapting to the terrain, actively adapting to the climate, mitigating the response to disasters, and partially optimizing the terrain",and discusses the ways from the perspective of the urban design elements such as spatial form, road traffic, sign landscape and ecological corridor(Chapter 4).The third part is the practical part of this paper.Based on the previous research on the theoretical framework and implementation path of mountain city geography design, this paper studies three cases of Liangjiang new area collaborative innovation zone, hechuan district information security industry city and yuzhong district of chongqing. In view of the undeveloped zone,semi-developed zone and complete development zone of mountain city,it insists on problem-oriented and goal-oriented(chapter 5).Finally,the theoretical framework and implementation path of mountain city geography design are considered and summarized, hoping to improve the environment of mountain city through the construction of mountain city geography design method, guide man and nature to live in harmony and promote sustainable development(chapter 6). |
