| Complex heavy equipment design,manufacturing,and utilization enterprises involve complex resources,large quantities,and wide areas,which are the key components of China’s manufacturing economy.With the deepening application of emerging smart manufacturing technology and manufacturing,information technology,intelligent efficiency,and environmental friendliness have become necessary development trends for complex and heavy industries.In order to cope with the fierce competition,the majority of complex and heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises are gradually transforming from manufacturing to service,striving to provide users with the best service at the lowest cost,to stand out from the competition,which proposes the optimal allocation of enterprise resources higher requirements.Cloud manufacturing is a new manufacturing model that supports resource decentralization and centralized management.By integrating manufacturing resources in multiple different areas and different regions,centralized management and optimized configuration of distributed manufacturing resources are achieved,gradually breaking through the sharing of resources in the manufacturing industry and the use of efficiency constraints,thereby promoting the full sharing of resources and improving resource utilization,in light of its manufacturing as a service idea,the above problems have new solutions.As a premise of the cloud manufacturing model,the virtualized description of related physical resources has a crucial impact on the subsequent search and matching.However,in the current cloud manufacturing environment,the virtualization of complex heavy equipment resources still has difficulties in uniform description,update lag,and implementation of established plans.To solve the above problems,a new method for virtualizing complex and heavy equipment resources is proposed in a cloud manufacturing environment.First,the semantic description of the environmental resource video of complex and heavy equipment is studied.In view of the impact of the update speed of virtual resources on the resource pool,environmental video semantics is introduced,and the video content is accurately described in a logical relationship through multi-layer progressive aggregation to avoid the disconnection of virtual resources and physical resources and achieve accurate mapping of virtual and real resources.Second,the similar virtual resources of complex and heavy equipment are studied.Based on the attributes,functions and results of the tasks of virtual description resources,firstly,the existing resource similarity calculation methods are analyzed,and a virtual resource similarity computing framework for complex heavy equipment manufacturing is proposed;secondly,the video semantic resources of complex heavy equipment manufacturing resources environment are constructed,and event cloud provides resource search scope for subsequent calculation models;finally,a calculation method suitable for the video semantic event similarity of complex heavy equipment resource environment is proposed based on IC.Third,the association of virtual resources in complex heavy equipment manufacturing is syudied,and a new framework for virtual association description of complex heavy equipment manufacturing resource environment is put forward.In order to realize the framework,firstly,the similar influencing factors associated with virtual resources of complex heavy equipment manufacturing are analyzed to determine the key information of the resources;secondly,the importance of each element and the associated calculation model are proposed and solved,and finally,the obtained result is combined and encapsulated.The last,a case application is made on the research results of the paper,and the research process is explained.The rationality and effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper are proved by examples. |
