With the development of high-tech industries such as 5G communications,highperformance computing,and artificial intelligence,as well as the advanced manufacturing model—cloud manufacturing,emerging smart technologies have been deeply integrated with traditional manufacturing,information transparency,intelligent efficiency and process visualization has become the development trend of extrusion equipment manufacturing industry.Therefore,the transformation and upgrading of the extrusion equipment manufacturing industry has a clear direction and guidance.Extrusion equipment manufacturing design,manufacturing and collaboration enterprises involve a wide variety of manufacturing resources,resulting in a complex and wide range of extrusion equipment manufacturing resources uploaded to the cloud manufacturing platform.How to effectively describe the multi-source heterogeneous manufacturing resources on the cloud manufacturing platform according to their attribute characteristics and capabilities to form a cloud manufacturing service,and on this basis,to effectively identify manufacturing service characteristics and realize service classification is an important prerequisite for the realization of collaborative manufacturing of extrusion equipment in the cloud manufacturing environment.In order to solve the above problems,this article focuses on extrusion equipment manufacturing workshop resources proposed a resource servicing packaging method to the manufacturing unit under the cloud manufacturing environment and a service classification method based on machine learning.First of all,starting with the research on resource servicing packaging and classification of extrusion equipment manufacturing workshops,it analyzes the traditional manufacturing mode of extrusion equipment and the problems and needs encountered in manufacturing resource servicing packaging and service classification when accessing the cloud manufacturing system.Combining the extrusion equipment manufacturing process and resource characteristics,the connotation,characteristics and goals of the service-oriented packaging and classification of manufacturing resources are clarified,and a feasible process for the service-oriented packaging and classification of resources in the extrusion equipment manufacturing workshop is constructed.Secondly,it studies the resource servicing packaging of extrusion equipment manufacturing workshop,analyzes the attribute characteristics of the resources involved in the extrusion equipment manufacturing process,include resources characteristics,and the association rules between resources,and proposes the description framework of ontology modeling and semantics of multi-source heterogeneous manufacturing resources.Then construct the domain ontology of manufacturing resources and complete the semantic description,and then propose the access mechanism of manufacturing resource description.Based on the association rules between resources,the application ontology for manufacturing units is constructed,and the corresponding resource analysis and packaging rules methods are proposed to complete the analysis of manufacturing unit resource clusters and the conversion to manufacturing services by service package.Then,the classification method of extrusion equipment manufacturing service is studied,comprehensively considering the demand of extrusion equipment manufacturing process for manufacturing services in the cloud manufacturing environment,the selection principle and classification process of extrusion equipment manufacturing service classification characteristics are proposed,and then the extrusion equipment manufacturing service classification model based on support vector machine is proposed,and the efficiency and practicability of the classification model are optimized based on the SMO algorithm and grid search algorithm,so as to realize the efficient classification of extrusion equipment manufacturing services.Finally,based on the above-mentioned research results,actual case applications are carried out,and the effectiveness and practicability of the method proposed in this paper are verified through examples.
