Design And Implementation Of ETBN Node Simulation Test System

With the continuous development of high-speed trains in China,the requirements of train communication network are becoming higher.The research emphasis of train communication network has gradually shifted from traditional train network like TCN,CAN bus,ARCNET to train communication network based on Ethernet.IEC has launched a new generation of ETB standard,i.e.IEC 61375-2-5 protocol.This is in line with the development trend of the future train network,which is also of great significance to China.The research content of this article is based on the IEC 61375-2-5 protocol,a simulation test system of ETBN node is designed.The simulation test system takes Code Blocks software under Windows compiling environment as the development platform,and only uses a computer and an ETBN node test board to realize the ETBN Inauguration,topology establishment,IP address,communication and reconnection of ETB linear network.Combined with ETB protocol,this paper deeply analyzes the functional requirements of ETBN node simulation and test system,and puts forward the overall design framework and scheme of ETBN node simulation and test system software,and deeply studies the key technologies involved.According to the design scheme,the simulation test system is designed in modules.The function of each module in the simulation test system is described in detail,and the module design is completed.At the end of the design,the function of the simulation test system is tested,and it is verified that the simulation test system meets the design goal.Compared with the traditional test method,the simulation test system does not need more than one ETBN node.Instead of the actual ETBN node,the virtual ETBN node can be used to complete the consistency test of the function of the ETBN node with only one computer.The hardware structure is simple.When a part of the system fails,the detection and maintenance is more convenient.The test results show that the ETBN node simulation test system has successfully realized the ETB protocol,and has carried out the simulation of the ETBN Inauguration,topology establishment,IP addressing,communication between ETBN nodes,reconnection and other processes of ETB linear network.The ETBN node simulation test system meets the design requirements.
