The rapid development of Ethernet technology has led to the development of network communication technology for high-speed trains,providing a more efficient network communication architecture for trains.The train backbone network based on ethernet has good expansibility and maintainability.The train backbone network can meet the needs of flexible train marshalling and has gradually become the core structure of train communication network.The networking process of the train backbone network is realised by the train inauguration,which calculates the train topology information.The stable physical topology and logical topology which completed by normal inauguration are the basis and guarantee for the normal network communication of the train.Therefore,the study of the train inauguration algorithm is of great significance for train network communication.This paper firstly analyses the inauguration of train backbone nodes based on IEC61375-2-5 standard and summarises the data message structure and topology discovery data structure.This paper specifies the inauguration timing and three degradation modes and analyses the calculation process of train unique identifiers.Based on the analysis results,a train inauguration algorithm based on a time-sharing multi-thread structure is designed and implemented.And a distributed OID-based group unique identifier generation algorithm is designed and implemented in the main thread.Finally,a test program for the inauguration algorithm is designed.The initial configuration of the train backbone network nodes is realised through the human-machine interface.The train topology is calculated through the underlying program.The inauguration algorithm is tested using a VDS train backbone node to build the topology.The inauguration algorithm is first tested in the intermediate and end-node states.Then the inauguration algorithm is tested in three degradation modes.The experimental results show that the inauguration algorithm works normally in the intermediate and end node states,and the occurrence of the degradation mode does not cause any change in the topology information.The inauguration algorithm can communicate normally with the backbone nodes of different manufacturers,which proves that the inauguration algorithm is reasonable,stable and compatible.
