In October 2016,CEMU officially completed the test of 600 thousand kilometers,which marks China’s existing train technology of high-speed has been completed the introduction,absorption,and re-innovation.While the high-speed train technology in China has been widely applied,but the bus technology of high speed train has reached a bottleneck,the network communication capacity has reached the limit,which cannot continue to expand and develop,it cannot meet the future development trend of the train network.Therefore,for the technology of train real-time Ethernet backbone,its data transmission speed is fast,transmission cycle is short,the technology integration is high,the application development is easier,this characteristics of Ethernet will provides realistic feasibility in the future of high speed railway application.Based on the development need of the existing train network application,application and demand of Ethernet train backbone of international railway industry has been generally recognized and respected,and ETB become the international railway industry standard,which provides a general standard and test the feasibility for the research of train of real-time Ethernet research.In this paper,based on the Train real-time data protocol,use ETBN(Ethernet backbone node)as the main research object,HMI(display)as the train ECN(Ethernet network)equipment to research communication technology.Main task(1)with the TRDP communication model simulation test to verify the feasibility of TRDP communication.(2)With the TRDP communication between the simulate ECN device(PC)and the Train ETBN to realize the data exchange with the ETBNs of the train.(3)Use the HMI(display)as Ethernet train ECN equipment,communicate test with ETBN,and shows the actual process of Ethernet train communication.This three communication tests analyze the TRDP communication packet by using Wireshark,and verify the implementation of train ECN equipment and ETBN node communication technology.In this paper,the development and application of Ethernet communication technology is studied and designed,and the experimental results are provided,which will provide the basis for the next step of the software debugging and application of the system.
