Research On Contemporary Design Strategy Coping With Historical Environment

The historical environment is an important carrier of human social development and cultural changes,and has rich value attributes and practical significance.With the continuous development of cities and the continuous increase of social needs,the contradiction between the historical environment and urban renewal has also become increasingly prominent.On the one hand,the importance of historical environmental protection and renewal is gradually entering people’s vision,on the one hand,in the face of some fixed and dogmatic practices in the historical environmental protection and renewal,the situation of repeated damage to the historical environment is still happening..This article takes the contemporary design strategy to deal with the historical environment as the research topic,takes the European historical architecture and urban design work camp of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the perspective,adopts vertical summary,horizontal induction and other methods.After a large amount of data review and selection,it attempts to a certain extent.The above summarizes the strategies adopted by current designers in dealing with the historical environment.The thesis firstly attempts to make a comprehensive vertical understanding of the existing research on the basis of summarizing the historical environmental protection process of various periods in China and the West through the interpretation of the historical environmental value,in order to clarify the protection and update of the historical environment in today’s society Practical significance.Secondly,through the analysis of the classic cases of western historical environmental protection,to a certain extent,the strategy paradigms for dealing with historical environmental protection and renewal are summarized.Then taking the European Historical Architecture and Urban Design Work Camp of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as the main example,the teaching system and working methods of the work camp are summarized,and how the work camp leads students to convert the design strategies and methods in the research case into their own design strategies and use them.In the design.Then through the classification and discussion of the results of the work camp,we further explored the design strategies and design methods adopted by today’s designers in the design of historical environments outside the country.Based on the teaching process and related teaching achievements of the European Historical Architecture and Urban Design Work Camp of Huazhong University of Science and Technology,the thesis summarizes a variety of specific strategies and techniques for dealing with the historical environment from different angles.The summary is also a supplement to the relevant theoretical results of the historical environment;at the level of teaching practice,it not only summarizes the results of the camp for the past four years,but also provides new ideas and ways for the architectural education model.
