| By the end of the year 2017,the total population of mainland China had reached 1.39 billion,of which 240.9 million were elderly people over 60 years old,accounting for 17.3% of the total population.The proportion of the elderly population in the total population is on the rise.Despite this,the elderly people continue to pursue the satisfaction of spiritual needs,and in turn,the demand for social learning activities is increasing.Today’s senior universities provide a place for learning and communication for the elderly.However,at present,the space for learning activities in older universities is relatively simple and does not actually start from the needs of the elderly.In response to this problem,this study mainly investigates and analyzes on the current situation of the learning space of the elderly universities in Tianjin,and finally proposes a design strategy for the indoor teaching environment space suitable for the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly.This study is mainly divided into the following seven parts.The first part is the introduction part,which is based on the background and purpose of the research,the research content and method,the research results and the significance.The second part is related to the theoretical background,mainly using the literature research method to discuss the relevant theoretical research background and research status.The third part mainly uses the interview investigation method and the literature reviwe to discuss the current situation and characteristics of the needs of the elderly,as well as the current situation and characteristics of the needs of the elderly in Tianjin.The fourth part is mainly focused on the analysis of the current situation of indoor teaching environment in senior universities in Tianjin.The fifth part analyzes the relationship between the elderly and the teaching activity space through the investigation and study,as well as the analysis of different factors,Furthermore,it covers the analysis of the problems and needs of the elderly learning space.The sixth part analyzes the problems existing in the elderly in Tianjin University from different aspects and draws an indoor teaching environment strategy based on the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly in Tianjin.The seventh part is the conclusion of this study.Under the premise of satisfying the psychological and physiological needs of the elderly,this study proposes the lighting space,color selection,barrier-free design,podium design,position and distance,visual perception,and ground material for the learning space of the elderly for the learning space of the elderly university.The selection strategy and other design strategies to meet the spiritual needs of the elderly are conducive to guiding the enthusiasm of the elderly to learn and enrich the spiritual life of the elderly.When viewed for the perspective of a society,it is mainly to alleviate the social problems of the elderly caused by the aging of the population.However,as an individual,it is mainly to guide the elderly to actively learn and study enthusiastically.It is aimed to design a teaching environment that is closer to the life of the elderly,and improve their quality of life. |
