Study On The Zoing Of Protected Area Based On Landscape Analysis

The basic premise of territorial spatial planning is the protection and comprehensive utilization of natural resources,which provides a basic basis for various development,protection and construction activities.Uniform use control is an important tool of practicing territorial spatial planning,and the control of spaces of different use can be achieved through zoning.As a special plan under the territorial spatial planning system,the planning of nature reserves is an important part of the practice of landscape architecture.The control of nature reserves has become an important way to control natural resources.The "Guiding Opinions on Establishing a System of Nature Reserves with National Parks as the Main Part"(hereinafter referred to as the "Guiding Opinions")proposes a unified establishment,hierarchical management,and zoning control of nature reserves.As an effective tool for management and control of protected areas,zoning is an important guarantee for achieving the purpose of construction of natural reservesSome scholars have made many attempts and explorations on the zoning research of natural reserves in China,but most of the existing zoning studies have been carried out in response to the characteristics of specific protected areas,resulting in different zoning modes and methods,which has brought inconvenience to the unified management and differentiated management of natural reserves.In response to this problem,based on the zoning management and control ideas in the Guiding Opinions,the “Management-Function” zoning model of natural reserves in China was constructed: First,the differences in protection intensity were used to manage and control the zoning,and based on the perspective of landscape analysis,the protection objects of natural reserves are divided into natural ecosystems,natural remains and natural landscapes and identified,,and their distribution range collections are designated as core protection areas,strict protection against human activities is adopted,and the remaining areas are generally controlled areas;And then the functional zoning.From the perspective of coordinated utilization,the general control area is divided into ecological conservation area,recreational development area and traditional utilization area,and the general control area is divided on the basis of resource background and human utilization needs,and the indicators for evaluation are selected from ecological vulnerability,recreational suitability and production suitability,and the three evaluation results are superimposed and comprehensively analyzed to divide each functional area.The results of the overall zoning of the nature reserve can be obtained by integrating the conditions of the primary and secondary zones.It can form a universal pattern and method of zoning of nature reserves.According to the zoning mode and method,using the spatial analysis function of Arc GIS software,Huanggangliang National Forest Park was used as the research object to carry out zoning practice,and the core protection area,ecological conservation area,recreational development area and traditional utilization area were well divided.
