| With the in-depth implementation of the "go out" strategy and "One Belt And One Road" initiative,the daily competition in the domestic construction industry is also becoming increasingly fierce,leading to a stronger willingness of Chinese construction enterprises to develop outward.The development of international project general contracting business has become another important growth point for Chinese construction enterprises to maintain sustainable development.The One Belt And One Road initiative covers more than 100 countries in Asia,Africa and Europe,with different ethnic groups and religious beliefs.In particular,the Middle East and Africa are plagued by domestic political instability and frequent multi-party and multi-religious conflicts.However,these countries and regions are in urgent need of improving their development level through construction due to their relatively backward infrastructure.Therefore,There are some risks for Chinese construction enterprises to participate in the construction along the belt and Road,but there are broad market opportunities.This article to build three innings a unit as an example,using PEST and SWOT analysis,system analysis faced by Chinese construction companies expanding overseas market opportunities,such as politics,economy,culture,law and adjustment,the contrast with the type of outstanding enterprises,analyzes the accumulation of advantages and problems of its own development,put forward their own direction in overseas development,strategic objectives,business selection and measures needed to support development.As a unit of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau is a large state-owned construction enterprise,which has been deeply cultivated abroad for many years and has rich experience in international project general contracting,his research is widely representative and can provide beneficial reference for Chinese construction enterprises to continuously "go global".Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out this research.Through the study,the strategy and direction of E company’s overseas business development are clarified,and measures are provided to support the implementation of the strategy.It is hoped that it can provide reference for Chinese enterprises of the same type to continuously go out,accelerate the pace of "going out" of Chinese construction enterprises,and improve their international competitiveness. |
