| Under the background that China’s economy is facing great development pressure,the structure is constantly adjusted,and the country continues to push forward the supply-side reform,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current profit model of biomass power generation industry,and discusses how modern enterprises can better construct their profit model.Biomass power generation is the use of biomass biomass has biomass power generation,is a renewable resource power generation,biomass energy mainly includes agricultural waste,forestry waste,industrial waste,livestock waste and all kinds of garbage.The biomass power generation referred to in this paper mainly USES the above wastes for power generation.Biomass power generation has taken shape since 2003,when the country vigorously supported its development.From 2010 to 2017,the total installed capacity of biomass and garbage power generation in China has been on the rise,accounting for a rising proportion in the country’s total power generation,making certain contributions to national energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection.However,if getting rid of the support of national policies,how to improve the profitability of biomass power generation enterprises is a subject that the industry needs to face and study together.Based on the biomass power generation industry development course and status quo on the basis of the review,by using investigation method,literature research methods such as the development direction of domestic biomass power generation industry,profitability,the status quo and future trends on combing and analysis of the three aspects of the business model theory about profit model in the design of relevant theories and methods,typical case analysis of biomass power generation industry company,Kaidi Ecological and Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd existing profit model,from the source of income,the payment way,stakeholders,resources,pricing the comprehensive analysis of several aspects,This paper analyzes the problems existing in the profit model of the enterprise,combines the changes of the industry and internal profit factors of the enterprise,explores the new feasible profit model of the whole biomass power industry,and provides new development ideas for biomass power generation enterprises. |
