Hainan is located on the northern edge of the tropics. The extremely hot climate environment seriously affects students ’learning status and enthusiasm.Air conditioning,as a device for regulating the built environment,is now the standard configuration for most new teaching buildings.Installation retrofit.Air-conditioning greatly improves the quality of life, but the energy consumption of air-conditioning is too high and can not fully meet the user’s comfort level in the building environment, causing a negative impact. Therefore, determine a user who is comfortable and can meet the reduction of building energy consumption The temperature and humidity index has great significance and practical application value for the construction and renovation of buildings in Hainan. This research was supported by NSFC,《Thermal Comfort Research of People with Different Thermal Experiences in Hainan(No.51680016)》Through a combination of objective environmental testing and subjective questionnaire survey, from April to June 2019,a follow-up survey of a class in Hainan University was conducted to study the indoor thermal comfort of teaching buildings(classrooms, multimedia laboratories)in an air-conditioned environment.1,119 valid questionnaires were received. The study found that most of the subjects believed that the environment they were in during the test was neutral and warm. The thermal sensation voting value fits the standard effective temperature SET linearly. The thermal neutral temperature corresponding to all samples is 24.8 ℃.The subject’s thermal neutral standard effective temperature SET in the classroom environment and multimedia laboratory environment are respectively 25 ℃ and 24.7 ℃.There is a good linear relationship between thermal comfort and thermal sensation. When the thermal comfort voting value is "comfort",the corresponding thermal sensation voting value is-0.4,indicating that the subjects prefer a slightly cooler during the test surroundings.Gender differences have a significant impact on thermal comfort.Women are more sensitive to the test environment and can adjust their clothes more quickly in the face of temperature changes. At the same temperature, men have a higher evaluation of the thermal sensation of the environment than women. The male neutral temperature is 24.7 ℃,and the female thermal neutral temperature is 24.9 ℃.The acceptable thermal sensation range for 80% of the subjects is-1.5 ~ 2,corresponding to the acceptable temperature range for 80% is 23 ℃ ~ 28.5 ℃;the thermal sensation acceptable for 80% of the subjects calculated by the PMV-PPD model the range is-0.5 ~ 0.8,which corresponds to 80% of the subjects. The acceptable temperature range is 21.4-28.1 ℃,indicating that PMV-PPD model predicts that the thermal acceptability of the subject is different from the actual, and the subject’s environmental ratio is predicted have a higher degree of acceptance and a wider range of acceptance.Comparing the temperature indexes of natural ventilation and airconditioning environment in Haikou area,it can be found that the subjects in the airconditioning environment prefer the environment with a lower temperature than the natural ventilation environment, and the subjects in the natural ventilation environment have a better environment for the environment Adaptability. The following suggestions are proposed from the perspective of simulation analysis of building energy consumption: the building should be oriented from north to south as much as possible;trees and grass should be planted on the periphery of the building;roof and wall insulation measures should be taken;Ceilingmounted air conditioner are more appliable;increase the number of indoor fans.
