| With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,more and more people choose to fly.As the main body of civil aviation,the airport needs to provide convenient and efficient transportation services on the premise of ensuring absolute safety,and the management pressure is huge.Although the state and the industry have issued relevant laws and regulations and emergency plans to make corresponding provisions on the emergency management of civil aviation,these provisions and plans are too general and inapplicable to take into account the new situation of airport development.Facing the increasingly severe security situation at home and abroad,it is the key to maintain the long-term stability of the airport and ensure the healthy and rapid development of the airport to strengthen the understanding of airport emergencies and improve the airport emergency management ability.This paper analyzes the current situation of the emergency management of group incidents of Southwest Airport passengers,analyzes the general process and handling methods of the current and group incidents of air passengers,combined with the actual cases of Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport and Kunming Changshui International Airport,and finds that the problems of group incidents emergency management of Southwest Airport mainly include: emergency response The plan system is not perfect,the emergency management system is not perfect.There is a lack of coordination and linkage of emergency management between functional departments and field departments,and the process of emergency response is not perfect.The main reasons for the problems in the emergency management mechanism of airport passenger group incidents include: lack of understanding of the crisis management of group incidents,lack of unity of emergency crisis management institutions,lack of communication and coordination and lack of legal basis for emergency response and disposal due to the localized reform of the airport.Finally,from the aspects of improving the understanding of crisis management of airport group incidents,improving the management organization of airport group incidents,strengthening the communication and coordination among the participants of group incidents,and improving the legal system of emergency response and disposal,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the emergency management mechanism of Airport passenger group incidents. |
