Large airport is an important transportation hub connecting various cities and regions.With its huge passenger throughput and flight operation scale,it promotes the development of our economy rapidly.In recent years,with the rapid development of Chinese air transportation industry,more and more residents choose to travel by aircraft.Though it has promoted our economic development,it has also increased the challenge of civil aviation.In the case of outburst mass passenger flow,the airport lacks formulation strategy of making timely,effective,and multi-mode cooperative emergency dispatching evacuation methods,making passengers unable to leave timely and effectively,which not only easily produces great security risks,but also may lead to bad mass incidents.Therefore,how to establish a set of emergency evacuation methods for outburst mass passenger flow and multi-mode coordination of airport traffic on the land side is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the evacuation optimization model of large airport traffic emergency dispatching and evacuation optimization model of passenger flow diversion guidance,aiming at improving airport traffic evacuation ability on land side and ensuring passenger travel experience.In this paper,with the perspectives of the organization model of landside traffic,the operation characteristics of each transportation mode,and the characteristics of passenger travel,based on the method of mathematical modeling,the passenger gathering and distribution model of landside stations and the passenger travel choice model are constructed.Secondly,based on the above two basic models,a landside traffic emergency dispatching evacuation model and passenger flow guidance evacuation model are constructed.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)The passenger travel choice feature model and the passenger distribution model at the landside traffic station under emergency condition were established.Based on the reliability and feasibility of data acquisition,as well as passenger travel choice,the characteristic data of passenger travel choice were collected through questionnaires,and the importance of various travel factors in passenger travel choice was obtained through data analysis;Secondly,by analyzing the characteristics of transportation modes such as transportation organization and pick-up mode,the passenger gathering and distributing model at stations is established,which provides a basic evaluation model for the establishment of evacuation model.(2)An integrated optimization model for coordinated emergency dispatch and evacuation of land transportation modes,considering the impact of passenger travel choices during sudden surges in passenger flow,has been established.Based on the schedulable land side traffic of the airport,this paper analyzes the scheduling means of transportation modes,by combining the passenger distribution model at stations and the characteristics of passenger travel selection,a double-layer optimization model for emergency dispatching evacuation,which considers the cooperation among multiple modes,is designed.Then,by combining genetic algorithm and MSA algorithm,a algorithm is designed to solve the models.The upper model takes the scheduling plan and the line status as the means to minimize the passenger waiting time and minimize the operating cost.The lower model is based on the UE model to obtain the expected distribution of passengers under the scheduling scheme provided by the upper model.(3)The optimization model of passenger flow diversion guide evacuation was established.Firstly,based on the characteristics of passenger travel choice,an evaluation indicator of passenger guidance satisfaction was established;Then,combining with the passenger distribution model at stations,taking guiding passengers’ travel choice as the means,maximizing passenger guidance satisfaction and minimizing passenger waiting time as the goal,an optimization model of passenger flow diversion guiding evacuation was established,and NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm was used to solve it.(4)Taking Terminal three of Beijing Capital Airport as an example,the results show that the collaborative emergency evacuation model proposed in this paper has certain theoretical and practical value for emergency evacuation under sudden heavy passenger flow.
