| To resolve all kinds of security risks in the process of urban development and promote the construction of safe and resilient cities,urban risk assessment has changed from vulnerability to resilience research.As an important carrier in the development of urban safety development,high-rise buildings play an important role in people’s life and property safety.The new high-rise building structure is complex,and the remaining problems with the fire protection history of existing high-rise buildings are also prominent,which makes the fire accidents frequently.Considering the risk,complexity,chain of characteristics of high-rise building fire,the resilience assessment model of high-rise building fire safety is established.And the response,adaptation and recovery from the perspective of resilience is analysis,which provides a reference for the study of high-rise buildings resilience.The main contents are as follow:Firstly,the resilience of fire safety of high-rise buildings is defined by the theory of resilient system and resilient city.Then the resilience characteristics of fire safety,such as robustness,redundancy,resourcefulness and rapidity,is analyzed.Secondly,the evaluation index system of fire safety resilience is established with the variable of response ability,adaptability and recovery ability with respect to the characteristics of fire occurrence and development stage,which the fourth level indexes are attributed to the fire resilience characteristics of high-rise buildings.And the weights of indexes at all levels are determined by fuzzy AHP.The resilience relationship equation is investigated to evaluate the fire safety resilience of high-rise buildings based on the four characteristics of fire safety resilience.Finally,taking a high-rise residential building as an example,the results objectively reflect the resilience status of high-rise residential buildings,and verify the method objectivity and rationality. |
