Under the accident condition of the loss of power supply inside and outside the plant,in order to implement severe accident mitigation measures,nuclear power plants need to be equipped with a special I&C system for severe accidents,which is used to provide safety information monitoring function,and an independent power supply is needed for it.The nuclear power plant severe accident I&C system(KDA system)is designed to cope with the severe accident conditions that lead to the melting of the reactor core.The system is powered by UPS and provides the necessary information monitoring and control means to the main control room to perform the severe accident mitigation function.On the basis of a brief introduction of the production process and severe accident conditions of the nuclear power plant,and combined with the characteristics of the digital I&C system,this paper completes the engineering design of the KDA system.The main contents include: the requirement analysis of the system,the engineering design of the system,and the factory test of the system.The requirement analysis completes the analysis and carding of the technical specification of the KDA system,and summarizes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.The engineering design mainly completes the scheme design of the system,including: system overall architecture design,network structure design,power supply and distribution scheme design,grounding scheme design,gateway communication design,time calibration scheme design and periodic test scheme design and so on.The factory test mainly completes the verification of the design scheme and system function,and tests the performance of the system.Among them,the overall system architecture design,power distribution and grounding scheme design and gateway communication design are the key points of this design.At the same time,the realization of information security in the gateway communication design is the difficulty of this design.Through analyzing the principle of information security of power monitoring system,the one-way security isolation device is selected as the network security device,and the appropriate communication protocol and security strategy are selected.Complete the communication design scheme to meet the information security of nuclear power network and the real-time data requirements of industrial control system.On the premise of abiding by the general design criteria of the I&C system of the nuclear power plant,this project has completed the design of a set of system solutions that meet the functional and performance requirements of the KDA system.After system integration and factory test and verification,the final delivery of the product is realized,which ensures that the strategies and measures needed by the nuclear power plant under severe accident conditions are effectively implemented,and the safety of the nuclear power plant is improved.This project chooses the Speedy Hold platform,which is a special digital I&C system platform for nuclear power plant developed by CTEC.The Speedy Hold platform meets the requirements of non-safety digital I&C system of nuclear power plant in terms of reliability,stability,response speed,accuracy and expansibility.
