The traditional full range simulator(FSS)mainly simulates reactor normal operating condition and design basis accident The integrated severe accident analysis program is mainly used in the simulation of severe accident(SA),but because of adopting independent criterion,it has sacrificed certain precision.Compared to it,the traditional FSS program has advantages in the early response of analog reactor.Based on the self-developed simulation platform embedded real-time database developed by Shanghai Jiao Tong University,the studies of the development of severe accident simulator based on integrated program is carried out in this thesis.The main purpose is to develop a accident simulator that could more accurately simulate the reactor transient response in normal operation,FSS and SA.Firstly,the framework of integration severe accident program and the main program flow chart are studied,putting forward the first step of it: the applicability development of the severe accident program for simulator.On the basis of it,the integration severe accident program is connected with the simulation platform,and the preliminary development of the severe accident simulator is completed.Then,modeling a typical mega 3rd Ring reactor model,performing steady-state debugging,using simulator to calculate reactor transient response in SBLOCA,the start,pause,snapshot,restart and real-time intervention function of simulator is verified.Then,after researching the model between SA simulation program and FSS analysis program,second step of simulator development is put forward.That is how to connect severe accident simulator and FSS analysis program,to make up for rough calculation when the SA analysis program simulated the early accident response.According to the plan and connection criterion,taking the typical Mega 3rd Ring Rd PWR reactor as analysis object,simulating transient response of reactor in SBLOCA,the connection plan is verified.Through the above research,the calculation results show following:1.Simulating the same SBLOCA by severe accident simulator and original severe accidents program,the analysis and comparison of primary loop pressure,coolant average temperature,core boiled-up water level,the reactor core power,containment pressure and temperature parameters are carried out.The results show that the simulator has the functions of start,pause,snapshot,restart and real-time intervention.2.According to the severe accident simulator and FSS program connection plan,the connection data are prepared.Taking it as the initial data,the simulator is used for the simulation of SBLOCA to analyze the primary system pressure,core temperature,core boil-up water level,temperature and pressure of the containment at connection point and future development trends.The results show that the connection plan maintains the connectivity.The trends of important parameter in reactor are accorded well with accident development trends.Therefore,the connection plan could accurately connect the severe accident simulator and FSS program.
