Design And Construction Of Traffic Accident Warning Platform Based On IOS System

With the raise of China’s per capita consuming level and rapid development of automotive industry, the automobile has become a common and indispensable traffic tools in Chinese society. With the increase of automobile amount, the society of our country traffic safety situation is deteriorating rapidly at present. In the complex city road network or bad weather environment of expressway, traffic accident and unnecessary delay happens frequently because lack of effective ways for obtaining traffic information for road traffic information.Some traffic accidents happened in recent years were analyzed, and a theoretical framework which provide warning information of traffic accident via mobile phone and other common electronic device was proposed, and a traffic accident early warning platform based on iOS system was developed and implemented. By the warning platform, drivers and their vehicles will be positioned, information of traffic accident which occurs within a certain distance can be provided, and real-time traffic conditions will be recognized conveniently. In the road network traffic conditions, Warning information can be released by traffic police and other departments through the accident management server. Received the warning message, reasonable measures can be adopted by drivers to avoid secondary-accident effectively.The traffic accident pre-warning platform consists of iOS system for traffic accident pre-warning procedures AccidentBroadcast and traffic accident management server two sub system based on TrafficAccidentForecast. The application of Xcode4.3development tool was utilized for AccidentBroadcast program to develop and implement procedures positioning and push messages and other functions; pre-warning information release platform TrafficAccidentForecast was developed by MyEclipse10.1based on the JSP server. The pre-warning information, including the location, time of occurrence of accidents, details of the incident, accident levels etc. is established in the server, then sent to the iOS terminal through wireless network.In addition, classification test was fulfilled on the whole traffic accident pre-warning platform, mainly on the interface switching, operation, positioning and message pushing the core function of iOS system based on the AccidentBroadcast program testing. The results of software testing, automatic positioning function of modified AccidentBroadcast procedure and gradually improve the program structure. The coordination of AccidentBroadcast and TrafficAccidentForecast was made to achieve the main function of the original design project.Based on the pre-warning system for the traffic accidents in construction and implementation of traffic information, a pre-warning mechanism was established experimentally. The design scheme can provide a reference for the future traffic information technology development.
