| Since the 1980 s,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the country’s urbanization process has been accelerating,the scale of cities has been expanding,and the emergence of large cities and megalopolis has promoted the rapid development of road traffic motorization.Gross national product(GNP)sustained and rapid growth,improve people’s living standard,the residents’ disposable income increased,motor vehicle ownership increases rapidly,promote residents travel mode and fundamental changes have taken place in the urban traffic structure.The traffic congestion problem in big cities and megalopolises is gradually reflected in small and medium-sized cities.How to improve the capacity of urban roads,meet the needs of urban social and economic development,and ensure the needs of urban residents for transportation is a hot issue of great concern to the government and the public.By the end of July 2019,Yi Wu has more than 630000 vehicles,hinder the average 10 people have 7 ordinary household car,Yi Wu city traffic congestion problem has become even more so.Compared with big cities,small and medium-sized cities in the urban size,population scale,economic level,land use pattern in such aspects as public facilities construction level and there is a bigger difference.Due to the lack of scientific construction system,lack of strategic planning,neglect of humanized design and other reasons,the road traffic system in small and medium-sized cities has such problems as too concentrated urban land use pattern,single road network structure,insufficient intersection design capacity,backward development of public transportation system,unreasonable parking construction and so on,which cannot directly copy the urban traffic planning method of big cities.In this context,this paper takes Yi Wu city in zhejiang province as the research object,through investigation and arrangement of the characteristics of small and medium-sized cities in China in terms of land use,residents’ travel mode and other aspects,based on the practice of urban traffic optimization,combined with international advanced theories,balance supply and demand,sustainable development,multi-objective coordination requirements,trying to put forward a set of solid theory for Yi Wu city,practical urban road traffic optimization strategy.Based on the urban transportation geography theory,the four-stage method theory and the start-stop investigation theory,this paper draws on the total volume control theory and the policy-oriented theory,and focuses on the internal urban transportation network,including the statistical arrangement of passenger and cargo flows and traffic flows,to study the law of formation and change,as well as the spatial distribution and comprehensive transportation system of the outward urban transportation network(line,station and port),and to explore the overall coordination from the three perspectives of society,highway network and policy.And follow the following procedure 1.Problems were found.The essence of the contradiction was that the existing urban road traffic system in yiwu could not meet the increasing travel needs of residents.2.Analysis and prediction: the prediction of yiwu urban traffic planning is restricted by the urban land use in yiwu,and should be carried out within the framework of the overall urban planning.Therefore,optimization strategies are proposed from the land use planning.3.Draw up plans and put forward optimization strategies.4.Follow-up evaluation,feedback,etc.This article mainly USES the methods of literature research,case study method,questionnaire survey,the theoretical basis of urban traffic planning is studied and the related concepts,from land development,the urban planning layout mode,the residents travel way,tool condition,road network system construction,multiple aspects such as the level of public transportation construction,parking situation,analysis of small and medium-sized city road traffic planning universality problems and reasons,and Yi Wu city present situation and existing problems of urban road traffic system.And put forward reasonable urban layout,scientific land use planning,design and balanced distribution of traffic space,improve the road network system,the implementation of public transport priority way to travel,develop and build the brain of the city,and improve the parking facilities such as road traffic optimization strategy.In the study of urban road traffic optimization,this paper focuses on qualitative analysis,land use and road planning.At the same time,the main reference materials of this paper come from the academic achievements of domestic experts and scholars,and there are not many references to foreign advanced experience.It is also necessary to increase the study of foreign research results to keep up with the latest international research trends.In order to better guide the optimization of domestic small and medium-sized city traffic planning,especially to the foreign trade city in Yi Wu.Due to my limited academic ability and time,there are many deficiencies in the induction of basic theories and text expression,which need to be further improved.Limited based on the above research,the next step research direction in the quantitative analysis and operation and management of city road and related facilities,further enriching the content of traffic operations and management,and build a complete evaluation system,make traffic optimization strategy and measures for the system more complete. |
