| With the continuous enhancement of China’s scientific research strength,people are paying more and more attention to aerospace technology,which has promoted the rapid development of the aerospace industry,including space communication technology.This makes the research and development of FPGA-based high-capacity on-board switches to a deeper level.Due to the particularity of the working environment of the large-capacity satellite switch and the demand for switching capacity,a dedicated and stable high-speed interface interconnection is required between the switch board and the peripheral high-speed communication equipment.However,in the function and performance test of the on-board switch,because it uses non-standard interfaces and non-standard information transmission formats,it is impossible to use existing network protocol analyzers for testing,so it is necessary to develop an interface and data frame format.Convert the test equipment on board to the satellite.The commonly used network protocol analyzer is Test Center,the output interface is a standard optical / electrical Ethernet interface,and the output test frame is an Ethernet protocol frame.The interface of the on-board switch includes LVDS interface and Rocket IO interface.The frame format adopted by the on-board switch is also a special format.Therefore,the on-board switching test equipment not only needs to adapt the Ethernet interface to the LVDS interface,Rocket IO interface,but also Ethernet frames are converted into non-standard private frames on the star.This article first introduces the research background and significance of on-board switching test equipment;secondly,according to the task requirements,introduces the key technologies of on-board switching test equipment research and proposes the overall design and implementation scheme;thirdly,it introduces the 10 G Ethernet interface and LVDS interface in detail And Rocket IO interface;Fourth,the design and implementation of core modules such as input processing module,frame format conversion module,polling module,and output processing module are described in detail.Finally,the simulation platform and physical platform are built to test and verify code functions.Analyze and summarize various problems encountered during the test.The test results verified that the design of the test equipment was correct,and the work was stable,and it could meet the test requirements of the on-board switches and achieve the expected goals. |
