At present,data loggers are widely used in a variety of spacecraft,and ground test board is a crucial role for the function parameters of the test data recorder.The paper involves that the test bench of spacecraft data logger test the data recorder for unit through simulating various parameters and instructions in the spacecraft,and realizes the data recorder real-time monitoring,read back data analysis and other functions.The paper introduces the background and significance of the task,and the development of ATS status at home and abroad.Aiming at the working process of data logger,Overall scheme is designed according to the principle of modularization,standardization,high reliability.The realization process is introduced through hardware function design,safety and reliability design and FPGA logic design.The main work is as follows:(1)FPGA as the logic control unit controls Ethernet protocol chip W5300 to achieve the communication between the host computer and the board.(2)Using LVDS communication technology achieves a way of image data,ground command to send,and can achieve data logger data read back.(3)Using RS422 communication technology achieves the PCM serial data transmission and real-time monitoring of data logger.(4)Using the optocoupler interface achieves the "offline" signal to send?In the design process,the use of high-precision low ripple power supply design,anti-jamming design and protection design to ensure the reliability of system design.In order to verify the reliability of the test bench,in the latter part of the experimental stage,test the PCM data sent by the test bench,the image data,the host computer command,the "offline" signal and so on,and test power leveling,temperature cycling and otherenvironmental reliability in the laboratory,and derating analysis for the selected devices,component reliability prediction,fault-related model analysis.Can be achieved on the data logger test work,and it is worth to reference...
