In recent years,affected by the global energy crisis and environmental change,the society began to re-examine the traditional energy system in an all-round way.In the era of "Internet plus",electricity has a great impact on many fields such as industrial production and public life,among which power marketing is an important link.Traditional power marketing accounts for a large proportion and the construction is also perfect,but it consumes a lot of human and material resources in the marketing process.With the increasing dependence of the power customers on the power supply,the demand for convenient electricity and smart experience is getting higher and higher.The integration of daily life services and the Internet is an inevitable trend.It will usher in the transformation and upgrading of the "Internet plus power marketing".Ningxia has 3.36 million power users,and only online payment business has been carried out.At present,more traditional power business needs to be improved.Based on the theory of marketing,power marketing and Internet,the paper studies the existing power marketing under the background of "Internet plus",taking WZ power supply company as the carrier.By analyzing the marketing environment,marketing channels,and the current situation of power marketing,we find that the traditional power marketing has low efficiency,few channels and high complaints.It puts forward some measures to improve online service channels,expand power supply services,strengthen basic data management,and improve the strategy of "Internet plus power marketing" to effectively enhance the power supply service.The transformation of Internet plus power marketing has great potential for development,and will effectively solve and enhance the efficiency of handling business with electric power customers.At the same time,it changes all kinds of customers’ electricity experience,makes customers more convenient to get electricity,increases interactive communication,and improves the service level of power supply from various aspects.The value of "Internet plus power marketing" is also higher.The power consumption data on the power customer side has the characteristics of real-time and comprehensive coverage.Improving the basic power equipment and data collection,strengthening the construction of online platform,and promoting the data application on the power customer side will effectively improve the marketing ability of power supply companies,actively adapt to the current market,and provide more valuable services for enterprises and society.
