| In this paper,the current situation of user satisfaction of SAIC-GM Wuling Qingdao Branch(hereinafter referred to as SAIC GM Wuling)is to optimize the company’s current marketing management strategy,through the theoretical research of user satisfaction and the analysis of the research results of many scholars in the field of user satisfaction.Reference to the current situation of the satisfaction of relevant scholars and company users of the company’s marketing channels and marketing means of questionnaire analysis,the survey found that there is stagnation in automotive research and development,new technology and similarities,publicity channels and means of a single ancient,the company’s employees on the user satisfaction awareness is not in place,analysis of technological innovation,Marketing innovation is an important factor to improve user satisfaction.According to the present situation of the problems,this paper mainly based on the hierarchical analysis method,the expert empowerment method to determine the relevant user satisfaction assessment content,set up a set of SAIC GM Wuling user satisfaction evaluation system,and according to the evaluation system of the evaluation index on the impact of user satisfaction designed a questionnaire.By distributing the relevant effective survey data obtained by the questionnaire to the users of Saic GM Wuling,the survey data are analyzed and analyzed,and the shortcomings and needs to be improved in the user satisfaction of SAIC GM Wuling are found,and a series of promotion strategies are put forward for the existing problems.A series of user satisfaction promotion strategies with practical value and practical operation are proposed.This paper for the enterprise’s user satisfaction survey and management research,for the development of enterprises to solve a lot of problems in user satisfaction,improve the enterprise user satisfaction,need the joint efforts of all staff up and down the enterprise to achieve. |
