Research On The Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Hangzhou Riverside Greenway Renovation Project Based On User Satisfaction

In recent years,Hangzhou has vigorously carried out the construction of livelihood greenways.In order to meet the current needs of the public and the high-quality construction of the city,many riverside greenways have been renovated and improved.However,there is still a lack of objective and systematic evaluation mechanisms to evaluate whether the renovation results are in line with public needs.To further enhance the effectiveness of urban riverside greenway renovation construction,this article proposes to establish an effective feedback mechanism from the perspective of user satisfaction,in order to summarize and provide feedback on the effectiveness of greenway renovation projects.This article first provides a detailed analysis of the research conducted by domestic and foreign scholars in related fields through literature review,and systematically reviews the relevant theories and methods involved in the evaluation of user satisfaction in the renovation and improvement of riverside greenways.Starting from the user demand side,establish an indicator system based on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,preliminarily identify evaluation factors,and form an evaluation factor set.Through a comprehensive survey questionnaire and expert consultation,the evaluation factor set was screened and revised,and an indicator system consisting of23 elements was determined.Subsequently,an improved Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to construct a weight set of evaluation indicators,and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to design a comprehensive evaluation grading.The Kano-IPA combination model was used to set the operational steps for project improvement priorities,completing the overall construction of the evaluation model.In the process of conducting case studies,comprehensive analysis and quantitative evaluation research were conducted on the Hangzhou Y River Greenway Reconstruction Project through data collection,on-site research,questionnaire survey,and other methods to verify the feasibility of the evaluation model.The results show that the public’s satisfaction with the project is 87.09 points,with a level of II.Therefore,it also reflects that from the perspective of public satisfaction,the success of the project is at a high level,and user satisfaction performance is good,which is consistent with the previous research of the project.It can be considered that the results of this study are relatively reliable.Finally,based on the evaluation results,a comprehensive analysis was conducted on various elements of the project,and 9priority indicators for improvement,such as "road quality and safety," were identified.Targeted optimization suggestions were proposed from the aspects of planning and design,construction implementation process,and management and operation.
