Construction project schedule management is an important part of project management,which is related to the realization of the expected objectives such as project quality,cost and construction period.However,in the past project construction process,there are often problems such as difficulty in implementation of schedule plan,unfavorable management and control,and even delay of progress.At the same time,with today’s increasingly large-scale construction,higher difficulty,and urgency of time,this also gives rise to some problems Today’s project schedule management brings greater challenges.At present,the traditional schedule management methods have some problems,such as the project schedule is not closely related to the actual progress,it is not timely adjusted with the actual progress changes,and it is difficult to track and control the actual progress of the project.At present,it has been unable to realize the fine management of today’s construction projects.One or more innovative management and control concepts and methods are urgently needed to improve the completion rate of the project.Nowadays,BIM,with its advantages of multi-dimensional,high simulation simulation,automatic coordination,real-time optimization and update and big data analysis,effectively fills in the shortcomings of traditional project management,and can greatly improve the effectiveness of project schedule management.However,China is still in the initial stage of exploration and simulation,and its advantages need further research.This paper first explores the traditional theory and method of schedule control and how to prepare,optimize and control the content and implementation of schedule plan.Secondly,deeply understand the application scope and function of BIM Technology and BIM software that is often used nowadays;on the basis of the above,the implementation framework and method of construction project schedule control with BIM Technology as the core are established,and the specific implementation objectives of BIM construction project schedule control are further clarified,and how to build BIM model and what kind of model information are needed,so as to promote the technology in construction projects The application of degree control has laid a solid foundation.Then it analyzes the changes caused by the application of the technology in the traditional schedule control,and constructs the specific process of the preparation,optimization and progress control of the construction project schedule based on BIM.According to the preparation process and BIM related series software,the implementation steps of the project and the methods to achieve the established goals are defined.At the same time,clarify the work contents and implementation methods that must be completed in each stage of construction project schedule control with BIM as the main technical means,and focus on the key points of BIM Technology Application in each stage of management and control work,so as to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth and smooth progress of construction projects and the efficient implementation of the schedule.Finally,taking Juxian plastic industrial park project as an example,this paper makes a case study on the above-mentioned theoretical achievements,specifically investigates the effect of the above achievements in the practical project application,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the whole process of management and control,so as to provide reference for BIM Technology in the construction schedule control of similar projects.
