In this paper,the traditional management methods and BIM technology of engineering projects are analyzed and studied.The shortcomings of the three main objectives of management in the process of project construction are found from three aspects: quality management,schedule management and cost management.Through the analysis of the specific application of BIM technology in the "three management" of project construction,this paper finds out the solutions to the problems of the uncoordinated and unbalanced management of the three objectives of the project,so as to realize the coordinated promotion of the three objectives management.Firstly,the paper analyses the development of construction industry in recent years and the current situation of project management,and analyses the problems existing in project implementation from three angles of quality management,schedule management and cost management.On the basis of finding out the problems,the paper introduces the method of solving the problems-BIM technology.Then the application principle of BIM technology and management theory of BIM 5D are analyzed.The BIM software and BIM 5D integrated management platform used in current construction projects are also elaborated in detail.The integrated application of BIM 5D theory in construction industry is discussed in detail,and the application of management platform is discussed in detail by introducing specific cases.Relying on the case of actual management with BIM technology,combined with the theory of multi-objective management,a reasonable mathematical model is established to analyze the management of the three major objectives of the project.Finally,through the analysis of the practical application of BIM technology in the case,the advantages brought by the application of BIM technology for the implementation of the project are intuitively demonstrated.At the same time,the specific data of project implementation are analyzed by mathematical model,and the management of quality,schedule and cost is evaluated by specific quantitative indicators.According to the objective quantitative results,the direction of improvement is provided for the target control in the follow-up work of the project,and the goal of improving the project management level in coordination is finally realized.
