The Application And Research Of Intelligence In The Interior Design Of Senior Apartment

Nowadays,the aging of the population is serious.How to make the elderly enjoy their old age has become the focus of attention in various fields.With the continuous improvement of material life quality,the elderly have higher requirements for the interior space function of the apartment for the elderly.As the most important way of providing for the aged,apartment for the aged can not meet the needs of the aged no matter in indoor space,function and service.Due to the problems of backward hardware facilities,incomplete software services and lack of human resources in many pension institutions in China,they can not meet the physiological and psychological needs of the elderly.With the progress of science and technology,the intelligentization begins to extend to all aspects of people’s daily life.In recent years,the intelligentization has also been used in the interior design of apartments for the elderly.The intelligent application improves the living conditions of the elderly,creates a more suitable living space for the elderly,and promotes the intelligent apartment for the elderly to become the most important form of pension in the future.Intelligent senior apartment is based on senior apartment,which integrates intelligent technology in interior design,integrates space,senior citizens and service,so as to design a more suitable indoor space for senior citizens and solve the problem that traditional senior citizens can’t solve.The intelligent system includes monitoring,security,communication and many other intelligent systems.At the same time,through the network,each space of the elderly apartment and the hospital medical services are closely connected to form information sharing,which is convenient to improve the service efficiency.Firstly,this paper collects information about intelligent apartments for the elderly,consults relevant references,analyzes the research on Intelligent elderly care at home and abroad,and understands the changes in space demand of the elderly due to physiological and psychological changes,and then summarizes them to lay a theoretical foundation for the future interior design of the apartments for the elderly.Secondly,this paper expounds a series of concepts of apartment for the aged,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of intelligent application in the interior design of the apartment for the aged,and probes into the application of intelligent apartment for the aged in Yiyuan,a commercial port,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development of intelligent apartment for the aged in the future.
