The Applied Research Of Optimal Senior Residential Interior Design Based On Intelligent System

Since the 21 th century,global aging phenomenon is common.Our country has been one of aging countries.Due to the population's aging is faster than modernization,the characteristics of the "Haven't rich and to prepare,already old" phenomenon are increasingly apparent.Our government has taken a number of measures and policies to support the old for the serious situation progressively,and the family endowment is nearly the most traditional Chinese inheritance way for thousands of years.With the rapid development of economic and social,strengthen and improve the elderly living condition is not only the need of harmonious development,but also the objective requirement of improving the quality of the elder life.Many developed countries are in the rapidly development of policy and particularly old-age homes,but our country is still at an early stage for old residential development,the traditional optimal old residential interior design system still stays in the "accessible design" stage,lacks of new technologies and develops slowly.At present,comfortable old residential interior design's trend tends to progressive as science and technology,intelligent,security and human-oriented.Intelligent system is a research hotspot in all the field of each country.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and technology updates,domestic study of smart home has carried on the development and exploration through advanced technology to improve traditional intelligent household system,build the household intelligence platform,intelligent auxiliary products' research,developing intelligent elder-support system and so on.Intelligent optimal old housing has becoming the most hot research direction.Interior design is a professional integrated discipline,which combine the artistry,engineering quality and science.At present,the old residential interior design that based on the use of intelligent system is relatively fragmented;industrialization has not yet been formed.Intelligent systems have many fields but poor compatibility between different systems,each brand system develops independent and lack of unified docking ports,with poor relevance with the old residential interior design.In this paper,we main to discuss the relationship of intelligent system application and the optimal aging residential interior design,which combined with the main theories of engineering design on the basis of the barrier-free design theory system in order to explore the significance of the old residential interior design.
