In 2019,No.1 document of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China involves the development of agr icultural science and Technology Park,and the developm ent of rural industry is the key point of agricultural and rural development.The purpose of the document is to promote the development of rural industry,develop local characteristic agriculture,advocate "one village,one product",and establish a rural industrial integrat ion demonstration park.Based on the planning and des ign of Xushui rose science and Technology Industrial Park,this paper analyzes the development status of relevant domestic agricultural science and technology parks,and carries out the overall planning and design of the park in combination with relevant laws and regulations,design methods,etc.After field investigat ion and vis it t o the site and surrounding environment,determine the planning scope and period,and propose the planning objectives and development orientat ion.Using the theory of rural economic cycle,industrial int egration and growth pole to determine the development direction of Xushui rose science and Technology Industrial Park.Fully explore the site attributes,seek the best mode of industrial structure and operation development of the park,and build a modern agricultural science and technology park integrating guidance and promotion of agricultural high and new technology,integration of three industries,and interaction of citizens’ leisure.The planned Xushui Rose Technology Industrial Park is located in Xushui District,Baoding City,Hebei Province,covering an area of 542 mu.The overall layout is "one center,two departments and five areas",of which "one center" is the rose culture experience center;"two departments" are the North rose production area and the South rose leisure area;"five areas" are rose planting area,comprehensive service area,development reserve area,seedling raising area and basic construction area.At the same time,the landscape setting and plant configuration of the park,rose planting,road planning,service f acilit ies,buildings,water bodies,vertical planning,etc.in the rose Industrial Park are planned.To build a rose industry development park suitable for the local area of Xushui,and strive to develop it into a high-tech demonstration park of local characteristic agricultural industry,so as to provide reference for the planning and construction of modern agricultural science and Technology Park in the future.
