Study On The Overall Planning Of The Biling Modern Agriculture Science And Technology Park, Shenzhen

Promoting the modern agriculture is one of the important strategic policies for developing agricultural industry in our country. Founding modern agricultural parks is a basic keyway to develop the modern agriculture, and is an effective carrier not only to transform the traditional agricultural industry, but also to upgrade the combination of agriculture, scientific research and education.As the modern agricultural parks can boost the agricultural comprehensive productivity and farming income, the modern agricultural parks are going to change the traditional agricultural developing model, which is achieved at the expense of environment for a long time. Therefore, to find out an economic and ecological model, is conducive to coordinate the relationship between the ecological establishment and economic development, and help to grow a virtuous cycle for achieving continuous development of agricultural industry.Shenzhen is the first city with no rural areas and no farmers. With the extensive urban expansion, the farmland resources are under limited in Shenzhen. Unlike other regions, a large-scale and stable agricultural land is very rare, the normal urban agriculture is hard to practice. So, modern agriculture with Shenzhen feature, which well fit in local status, should be promoted.Taking the Biling modern agricultural science and technology park as a research case, a development planning is proposed to integrate the resources of agriculture, science and technology, landscape, and ecology, with "science and technology, ecology" as a substance.The main research contents are listed as follows:i. in literature research, the key concepts were defined and explained, like the modern agricultural park, agriculture tourism, ecological recreation, ecological planning and design; and relevant theories were expounded, such as leisure and recreational theory, touring-agriculture theory, ecological planning theory and healthy living theory.ii. planning practice of Biling modern agricultural science and technology park in Shenzhen is arranged, the design orientation, planning layout, functional facilities and tourist route were discussed in detail.iii. the characteristics and methods of the Shenzhen Biling modern agricultural science and technology park planning were summarized; the vital planning principles and operational approaches to integrate the ecological agricultural resources, Science and Technology exhibition and tourist facilities were stated.Constructing and developing the modern agricultural science and technology park, will be a vigorous model to promote the production and development of modern agriculture in Guangdong province, and a driving force to develop the sustainable agriculture in Guangdong province and the south.
