The Research And Application Of Quality Management In Vehicle Weatherstrip System Devlopment

Since the reform and opening up,especially after China’s accession to WTO,China’s auto industry has entered a period of rapid development.As of June 2016,China’s car ownership has exceeded 184 million.With the growth of China’s automobile market,the competition between the main engine plants is becoming more and more intense,consumers are becoming more mature and rational,and the differences in demand are getting bigger and bigger.In order to take the lead in the Chinese auto market competition,it is the key to meet the demand of consumers.As consumers become more mature and rational,the quality has become the core demand of consumers,and the quality has been related to the reputation and even survival of the main engine factory.The key to product quality is design quality.Therefore,it is a necessary task to study the robust and effective design and development quality management system.This article first has carried on the simple introduction to the project quality management theory,the second of the uniqueness of sealing system and problems,and points out that the seal of the problems existing in the system design and development stage.Then the quality management of the project development stage of vehicle sealing system is studied emphatically.In project development stage of quality management,the quality house was used to convert the customer calls for the quantification of engineering index,import design failure mode analysis in the development of quality management concept,combined with quality management tools and nodes form a closed-loop management system the design and development review process.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process is introduced into the supplier capability assessment,and the quality of the design is implemented through supplier management.The application of closed-loop design and development management process and supplier quality management method provides a strong guarantee for the quality of the sealing system project development stage.The research of the development quality management system of vehicle sealing system can also be extended to the development of other parts system.
