Research On Financial Strategy Selection Of KT Company Based On Analytic Hierarchy Process

In recent years,with rapid economic development and unpredictable market development,the company’s perfect financial strategy is an important factor to win in the industry.During the period of epidemic prevention and control,great changes have taken place in the market environment.In order to achieve sustainable development,the company must adjust its development strategy in time.Financial strategy is an important part of the enterprise’s development strategy,The financial strategy of keeping pace with the times can ensure the reasonable allocation of the company’s resources,so it is particularly important to evaluate the existing financial strategy and find out the existing problems.Only by correctly evaluating the financial strategy can we maximize the company’s advantages and benefit the long-term development of the company.In this paper,KT Company as a case study,KT Company’s financial strategy for a more in-depth analysis.This paper is divided into seven parts,the first part describes the research background and significance of this paper,on the basis of combing the relevant literature at home and abroad,defines the meaning of financial strategy.On the basis of the first part,the second chapter introduces the relevant theory and the calculation process of AHP,which is the basis for the later use of AHP to calculate the weight.The third chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of KT Company from the main products,business scope and industry status,and analyzes its financial situation from the aspects of financial indicators,balance sheet structure and financial trend.The fourth chapter introduces the construction of financial strategy evaluation system,from the principle of index selection to the use of factor analysis method to screen financial indicators from investment strategy,financing strategy and operation strategy,and uses AHP to calculate the weight,according to the weight calculation results of each index in the company to evaluate the financial strategy.On this basis,the fifth chapter analyzes the problems and reasons of KT Company’s current financial strategy from the perspectives of investment strategy,financing strategy and operation strategy.In the sixth chapter,based on the previous analysis of the existing problems and reasons,the optimization suggestions are put forward,including strengthening diversified investment and investment risk management in investment strategy,adopting diversified financing methods and improving capital utilization efficiency in financing strategy,and improving capital turnover rate and operation management level in operation strategy,Finally,the process and results of KT Company’s strategic evaluation based on AHP are summarized,and there are still some shortcomings.
