The development of automation of storage and transportation systems in production enterprises can achieve manpower liberation and efficiency improvement,and can meet the changes in market demand more effectively.As a new type of material,with its unique appearance and physical properties such as green,wear and high temperature resistance,antipenetration and anti-slip,rock slab has a broad application prospect in cabinet,furniture,ground,wall and building facade,etc.Rock slab is also a representative product for ceramic industry to enter into high quality development.When planning and designing the automated material handling system for the workshop production line of the rock slab manufacturer,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of handling resources according to the production line’s capacity,such as: the number of card positions and machine arms,the number and capacity of AGV trolleys,etc.The subject of this thesis comes from G Intelligent Equipment Company,which mainly provides automated transportation solutions for various rock slab manufacturers to enter the warehouse after the rock slab come off the production line.This thesis focuses on the optimization of resource allocation in this problem.The rock slab handling system is divided into single bay and multi bay systems containing uncertainties such as fixed cycle time and rock slab type according to different handling process characteristics.The research work is as follows: firstly,for the general scenario of fixed-cycle single bay system,the general rules of minimum number of machine arms and pallet capacity configuration are analyzed by mathematical analysis method,and more accurate pallet capacity configuration rules are deduced by simulation experiments,and the influence of uncertainty factors such as scrap rate and AGV charging on the configuration results is analyzed;then,for the single class rock slab multi bay system,the minimum number of machine arms,pallet capacity configuration,and pallet capacity configuration are analyzed by mathematical analysis method.Then,we analyze the general rules of minimum number of machine arms,number of card positions and pallet capacity allocation for a single type of rock slab multi-card system by mathematical analysis method,and use simulation optimization to get the final resource allocation scheme,and extend it to the method of resource allocation for multi-card system of multiple types of rock slab.Finally,for the actual production case of a rock slab manufacturer,the resource allocation scheme is solved by combining the laws of multi-class multi-chucking,and the solution is verified by simulation,and on this basis,the transport equipment not full strategy is considered to further improve the system transport capacity.
