With the increasing economic level,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce,the survival and sustainable development of production enterprises will face more challenges,and the coordination of production,improve the economy of production,reasonable allocation of means of production is scheduling,the purpose of scheduling is reasonable arrangement of various resources,to achieve the purpose set by the enterprise.The optimal production scheduling scheme can achieve the purpose of high resource utilization,low cost and high benefit,at the same time,it can also shorten the production period and improve the production efficiency.Therefore,production scheduling optimization is of great significance to help enterprises achieve sustainable development,improve profits and competitiveness.The essence of solving the scheduling optimization problem is to allocate resources reasonably to complete their tasks and optimize the set goals.Therefore,this paper studies how to allocate labor resources reasonably and maximize production.This paper discusses the scheduling optimization of labor resource allocation in the production chain,and applies the model to the enterprises producing colored glaze ceramics.The capital obtained by the production chain is random,which affects the number of employed labor force.At each distribution interval,the capital obtained is used to employ workers,and the employed workers are allocated,so that some workers produce semi-finished products,and some workers process semi-finished products into finished products.The production efficiency of machines processing semi-finished products will be affected by the state at random,In this paper,the stochastic process is described by finite state Markov chain.The purpose is to find an optimal labor allocation strategy to maximize the expected finished product production in a cycle.According to the above model,in order to obtain the optimal allocation strategy for the model,the model is reconstructed into an infinite stage Markov decision-making process.Based on the Bellman equation,the value iterative algorithm is used to solve the problem.The monotonicity of the optimal allocation strategy with respect to the number of capital employable labor is proved,and the monotonicity of the expected finished product production with respect to the number of capital employable labor is also proved The monotonicity of the optimal strategy is used to reduce the action space of the value iteration algorithm.Finally,the optimal allocation strategy is obtained.Finally,through the numerical analysis of the production chain setting parameters of colored glaze porcelain,the optimal allocation strategy of labor resources and the expected production are obtained.The conclusion is consistent with the theoretical proof in the previous paper.At the same time,the influence of semi-finished product production efficiency and production management efficiency on the expected finished product production is analyzed,and some suggestions are given.The conclusion of this paper provides a reference for the allocation of resources in production,and has a positive significance for the sustainable development of production enterprises. |
