Abstract/Summary:
The Laboratory Information Management System,otherwise known as LIMS,is an automatic management software for improving laboratory workflow,entering experimental data and sharing results,which can make the laboratory paperless,and can effectively promote the establishment of laboratory electronic information management network platform,thereby improving the efficiency and quality of the laboratory.Since the last 80 years of the last century LIMS management system was first widely used in the chemical industry,oil fields and other walks of life,it has gone through nearly 30 years of growth,and with the rapid growth of computer science and the rapid development of the network,at the same time,LIMS technology has triggered the sublimation and change of laboratories in many aspects such as management mode,organizational structure and application technology,LIMS system technology has played an unprecedented role,it is not only a simple sample management,Functions such as instrument management and report printing provide a more efficient and accurate way of information management for environmental chemical laboratories,so that environmental chemical laboratory laboratories can better complete their goals.The automation level of domestic laboratories is constantly improving,combined with scientific management ideas and quality assurance system,LIMS technology plays an increasingly important role in improving the overall level of domestic laboratories.Through the application of LIMS technology,laboratories can achieve the purpose of efficient automated operation,scientific information management and paperless office,which plays a vital role in improving laboratory work efficiency and reducing operating costs.This paper proposes a new type of LIMS system,which complies with the standards of ISO17025 and GB/T27025-2019 and can meet the needs of laboratories.In order to meet the needs of users,as well as to further improve the ease of use and maintenance of the program,module development is adopted,which decomposes all the operations of the operating system into a single module.After careful analysis,the web-based B/S architecture was selected and applied to the platform database management system,using Postgre SQL for the programming language to achieve more efficient data management functions.This paper discusses the importance of software development,from technology selection to demand analysis,to detailed settings and function realization,from the project background,technical research status and development trend to carry out indepth analysis,and elaborate the conditions required for information system design and development,software,technology development language and its basic ability development ideas and implementation methods.Combined with the specific situation of the environmental chemical laboratory of Hefei Heda Environment Co.,Ltd.,this paper applies the principle of LIMS to systematically analyze and study the information management system of the environmental chemical laboratory of Hefei Heda Environment Co.,Ltd.,and tailormade the LIMS suitable for this laboratory.The specific solution is to apply LIMS technology to connect the data of the laboratory of Hefei Heda Environment Co.,Ltd.through the computer network Up,using scientific management concepts and advanced computer technology,following ISO9000(GLP,ISO GUIDE 25)quality management and assurance system,to realize laboratory data collection automation,data processing automation and laboratory management automation.At the same time,the elements(instruments,samples,methods,links and personnel,etc.)that affect the quality of analysis are comprehensively managed and controlled,and the operating procedures of the laboratory are strictly standardized,the analysis error is reduced,the quality of sample analysis and the efficiency of personnel are improved,and the workflow of sample analysis in the analysis room is effectively standardized and monitored.The system contains a number of functional modules,from material management,equipment management,data management to file archiving,which can realize the whole process from project establishment to test start,data generation and archiving,making laboratory management more efficient and convenient.Due to the development of the Internet,the implementation of the system will help to make full use of Internet resources,improve the management level of the laboratory,greatly reduce the management cost,ensure the accuracy and safety of experimental data,and has great promotion value.
