With the rapid development of the economy,stone has become one of the important raw materials for construction,decoration,cultural and creative works.It is not only used in office buildings,hotels,shopping malls and other scenes,but also gradually enters people’s daily life,and is used in home improvement,art decoration,etc.Benefiting from preferential tariff policies,and industrial manufacturing system,the distribution of stone resources in various provinces and regions in my country,the scale of my country’s stone production and processing industry has gradually grown,and the annual output has exceeded 10 million tons.Correspondingly,three major stone industry clusters have been formed in China,including Shuitou Town,Quanzhou City,Fujian Province,Yunfu City,Guangdong Province,and Laizhou City,Shandong Province,among them,Shuitou,Fujian is the world stone capital and the global stone distribution center.Our country is also a big country of stone consumption,with an annual consumption of more than 10 million tons.Facing the steady growth of domestic demand and the development of the international market driven by the "One Belt,One Road" initiative,the overall development prospect of the stone industry is good.Dahuan stone limited company has been established for more than 30 years and has established subsidiaries in Guangdong,Fujian,Shandong and other places.Dahuan stone limited company is a leading provider of decorative stone system solutions in China,focusing on the mid-to-high-end tooling market.It has participated in many landmark projects.The quality and project management ability have a good market reputation in the industry,and after years of development,the company has sufficient financial strength and sufficient talents in the industry.However,with the fierce competition in the industry and the rise of stone substitutes,the company is faced with problems such as declining profits,slowing revenue growth,increasing inventories,and substantial increases in receivables.The superposition of these problems directly affects the sustainable development of the company.Under the background of the steady growth of stone demand,the company must seize the development opportunities of the times,formulate new development strategies,give full play to its advantages,make up for deficiencies,and maintain Dahuan’s leading position in the industry.This paper takes Dahuan stone company as the research object,and analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the company’s development through interviews with the company’s senior managers.The PEST analysis model is used to analyze the external macro environment of Dahuan from four perspectives,and the Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the industrial environment of the company from five factors.At the same time,sort out the existing resources,capabilities and organizational structure of the enterprise,and finally,the SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the external opportunities and threats faced by Dahuan Stone Company,as well as the internal advantages and disadvantages accumulated over the years of development.On this basis,four alternative development strategies are proposed.After analysis,from the outside,there are great opportunities for future development.From the inside,the company has the advantages of brand,project management,capital,and talents,and the internal advantages are obvious.Therefore,Dahuan Company needs to give full play to its own advantages,make full use of external development opportunities,and choose growth type development strategy.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the company,determine the corporate vision and development orientation,formulate development strategic goals including revenue,profit and business,realize the simultaneous development of business quantity and quality,and propose the implementation of vertical integration strategy,digital strategy and technological innovation.Finally,it is proposed to ensure the implementation of the company’s strategy and realize the sustainable development of the company through digital transformation and upgrading,organizational reform,channel reform,performance reform,and talent training.
