Maintenance Of Government Image In Work Safety Accidents ——A Case Study Of“110”Explosion Accident In Qixia Wat Mountain Gold Mine,Yantai

Government image is a measure of people’s impression and recognition of the government in the actual implementation and management process on the basis of the original impression.Therefore,whether the government image is positive or negative occupies a very important weight for the plans and objectives that the government wants to achieve.There are two main ways to form the government image: long-term accumulation and social evaluation in response to crisis situations.The image of the government established through long-term accumulation depends on the people’s livelihood policies adopted by the government,the conditions for serving the people,and the satisfaction and happiness of the people.When a public emergency occurs,especially a work safety accident with a high frequency of emergencies,the event will become a hot spot of public opinion.The government’s emergency response and disposal,rescue strategy and information disclosure transparency directly determine the quality of the government’s image.Taking the "1.10" explosion accident of Hushan gold mine in Qixia,Yantai City,Shandong Province as a typical case,this paper analyzes how to reduce the negative impact of the accident on the government image in the face of sudden safety production accidents,and how to realize the transformation of the government image from negative to positive while dealing with the accident,so as to maintain a good government image.By borrowing relevant literature and other research methods,this paper analyzes the changes of the government image in the three stages of the initial stage of the explosion accident,the rescue period and the completion of post disposal,and analyzes the different effects of the accident on the government image and the reasons for many effects.Through the research on the causes of the problems and the changes of the government image in different stages,this paper puts forward two ways to maintain the government image,which are to improve the quality of government staff and improve the relevant mechanism of maintaining the government image.The two ways are divided into seven aspects: establishing image consciousness,cultivating public relations consciousness,enhancing administrative ability,perfecting information disclosure mechanism,establishing and perfecting responsibility mechanism,perfecting emergency management mechanism and perfecting collaborative governance mechanism.To a certain extent,it can solve the negative impact of sudden safety production accidents on the government image,maintain the positive government image to a certain extent,and establish an efficient,people-oriented and authoritative image of the government.
