With the rapid development of economy and the coming unprecedented age of industrialization, industrial accidents are growing frequently, which is still a challenge for heavy industry enterprise. Under the country’s tough stance on safety production management, it is extremely urgent for heavy industry enterprise to reduce the frequency of industrial accidents which not only bring health damage to staff, but also cause property losses to the enterprise. Therefore, now we should find out the existing problems by means of combing the enterprise’s current situation of safety production management. Afterwards, we should analysis the causes, and put forward feasible measures or suggestions to effectively enhance the enterprise’s safety management level, decrease or prevent accident occurrence, lessen the loss caused by industrial accidents. In this paper,71 sample data of Z special steel pipe manufacturing company’s production safety accidents from 2012 to 2014 have been selected. The research of injury risk is carried out through the Bayesian network model. Considering the diversity and complexity of production safety accidents, four main factors including human unsafe behavior, insecure status of objects, operational environment uncertainty and poor management. Subsequently, based on integrated system of human-objective-environment-management, this paper conducted further research on multivariate analysis, established Bayesian network model, addressed the causation of production safety accidents. Finally, according to the inference results of model, the critical control points of production safety accidents were identified, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed to prevent or reduce the human risk of injury. The conclusions of this study have the fixed guiding significance for the prevention of production safety accidents, and provide fundamental basis for the responsible departments to take reasonable preventive measures and scientific management method. Meanwhile, the approach of Bayesian Network Model provide a reference for other types of accidents. |
