| At present,environmental pollution,the intensification of natural disasters and the lack of natural resources have affected the healthy life and survival of mankind.In the report of the19th national congress,General Secretary Xi put forward the new concept of human social development of"adhering to the harmonious coexistence between man and nature"and"adhering to promoting the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind".Therefore,environmental protection work has been raised to an unprecedented height.After that,all the plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee stressed the determination of the CPC Central Committee to the construction of ecological civilization.Therefore,China is vigorously promoting this new concept of human social development and adhering to the strategy of sustainable development.In order to implement this strategic spirit,construction engineering construction should bear the brunt of reform,because construction engineering consumes a lot of social resources.According to statistics,construction accounts for a quarter to a third of the world’s total energy consumption,and many environmental problems will be caused in the process.Although relevant national departments have issued relevant standards,specifications and regulations,such as guidelines for green construction,evaluation standards for green construction of construction engineering and green construction specifications of construction engineering;However,most of these standards and specifications are qualitative guidance provisions,which have certain limitations,weak operability and great difficulty in implementation.Moreover,most of the construction units still stay in dealing with the inspection and establishing the surface image,and there are even too many pseudo green factors in the implementation process,which seriously hinders the progress of sustainable development.Therefore,aiming at the above problems,this paper makes an in-depth discussion and improvement on green construction from the perspective of housing construction process based on analytic hierarchy process.The main work is as follows:Study the current situation of green construction evaluation,the connotation of sustainable development and relevant theories of green construction,investigate the influencing factors of green construction of housing construction engineering,further study the existing green construction evaluation system at home and abroad,and compare and analyze the evaluation indexes and evaluation methods.Then,according to the relevant technical specifications of China’s Construction Engineering and China’s relevant environmental protection policies,based on the evaluation indicators in the existing evaluation system and extensive investigation,the setting of indicators and the selection of influencing factors are optimized.In order to overcome the poor objectivity and many levels of indicators,analytic hierarchy process is adopted to determine the weight of evaluation indicators.Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the evaluation model.Finally,the model is verified by an example to verify the practicability of the green construction evaluation system constructed in this paper.[1]The green construction evaluation system can provide a supervision and assessment method for the owner and the government environmental protection department to assess the green construction effect of the construction unit.It can also be used as the basis for the construction unit to carry out green construction and self-evaluation,which is conducive to their continuous improvement in energy conservation and environmental protection during construction.So as to promote sustainable development and achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. |
