With the rapid development of society and the continuous increase of urban population,the amount of urban solid waste has increased sharply,and the implementation of garbage classification policies has also made the collection and transportation of urban solid waste increasingly complicated.Urban solid waste collection and transportation is an intermediate bridge connecting garbage generation sources and garbage disposal terminals,and choosing a reasonable collection and transportation mode and scientifically arranging collection and transportation routes can not only improve the efficiency of collection and transportation,reduce the cost of collection and transportation,but also reduce environmental pollution,which has important practical significance for urban management.In view of the above reasons,this thesis conducts an optimization study on the collection and transportation route of urban solid waste under the background of garbage classification.Taking Chang’an District of Shijiazhuang,Hebei Province as an example,this thesis studies the optimization of the collection and transportation route of classified waste and builds a management system for the collection and transportation of urban solid waste,and the main achievements and conclusions are as follows:(1)Introduce the classification of municipal solid waste,its characteristics and the division of collection and transportation modes;The optimization algorithm of garbage collection and transportation path problem is analyzed.According to the field investigation,the actual situation of garbage collection and transportation in the study area was determined,and the main problems that existed were summarized.(2)By analyzing the disadvantages of the traditional BPR function,the BPR function is improved from the aspects of saturation and zero-flow speed.Considering the different impacts of different grades of road driving on the surrounding environment during the collection process,the analytic hierarchy method was selected to determine the weight.The time impedance and the environmental impedance were integrated,the comprehensive impedance function of garbage collection and transportation was determined,and it was introduced into the optimization model of garbage collection and transportation route,and solved by the mileage saving method.(3)On the basis of system requirements analysis,the overall structure,required functions and database structure of the system are designed,VS2017+Arc GIS Engine is used as the development tool,and with the support of ACCESS background database,the PC end of the urban solid waste collection and transportation management system is developed through the C# programming language,and the We Chat developer tool is used to develop the We Chat mini program of the urban solid waste collection and transportation management system for mobile use.(4)The implementation process of map control module,garbage statistics module,collection route optimization module,garbage volume upload module,and collection route arrangement module is introduced in detail,and the core code and implementation effect page of their function implementation are given.The comprehensive impedance model of garbage collection and transportation constructed in this thesis and the developed garbage collection and transportation management system can provide effective decision-making support for arranging the collection and transportation route of urban solid waste in Chang’an District,Shijiazhuang,improving the efficiency of collection and transportation management and improving the collection and transportation system.At the same time,the model method and management system constructed in this thesis also provide management experience for the collection and transportation of municipal solid waste in other regions.
