The Research On Ecological Compensation Mechanism Of Green Supply Chain In Furniture Manufacturing Industry

The manufacturing industry plays a very important role in the national economy.Since the founding of New China,especially over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China has built a complete manufacturing system and become a global manufacturing country.However,while scoring great achievements,China’s manufacturing industry has also brought serious ecological and environmental problems.With the proposed goal of "carbon neutral,peak carbon",issues about how to fully implement the concept of green development,and how to speed up the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry from the perspective of the manufacturing supply chain so as to better meet the requirements of ecological and environmental protection and green development,have become a very important topic in the contemporary.In recent years,China’s furniture manufacturing industry complies with the requirements of green development and adopts advanced materials and processes to reduce environmental damage.However,some furniture manufacturing enterprises still have a low level of green development.This research’s core issue targets at the ecological compensation incentives in the furniture manufacturing green supply chain to lay foundations for the research of ecological compensation incentives and benefit distribution in the manufacturing green supply chain.This thesis is based on relevant theories such as green development,low-carbon economy,ecological compensation and green supply chain while methods including literature analysis,investigation,modeling,case studies,empirical analysis and interviews are comprehensively adopted.Besides,the focus is fixed on the sector of furniture manufacturing,a representative industry with an extensive method and a strong ecological integration as a typical case,and a comprehensive study on the theoretical sy stem of ecological compensation in the manufacturing green supply chain is carried out with this respect.The main research contents include:(1)The construction and partner selection of furniture manufacturing green supply chain:A evaluation index system of nineteen indicators in three layers for furniture green supply chain partners is constructed,using the approach of the entropy modified G1 to combine subjective and objective weighting on the index,the TOPSIS method,at the same time the furniture manufacturing wood-based panel partners are selected and evaluated.The results of the empirical analysis reveal that the cooperative partner evaluation index system and model constructed are reasonable and effective for its guiding significance in building up the manufacturing green supply chain.(2)A proposal of a green supply chain compensation model for furniture manufacturing based on product carbon labeling:an evolutionary game model based on whether the core enterprises implemented the green supply chain and whether the government compensated is established,a mindset of low-carbon emission reduction from the perspective of the government as well as the supply chain is put forward.(3)A construction of an ecological compensation model for manufacturing green supply chain engaging game theory:the dual-channel supply chain model of furniture manufacturers’ direct sales channels and traditional retail channels is targeted,and consumer channel preferences and government subsidy incentives are taken into account.After analyzing the pricing differences,supply chain benefits and subsidy effects caused by different subsidy methods,this thesis ultimately proposed targeted furniture manufacturing green supply chain ecological compensation strategy.(4)An analysis of the connotation of benefit distribution in the green supply chain of manufacturing industry:the three-level supply chain composed of manufacturers,suppliers,and sellers,a comparison of ecological compensation benefit distribution schemes based on the AT solution model and the Shpley value of the manufacturing green supply chain is constructed,and the interests of members in the green supply chain of the furniture manufacturing industry are compared.In order to achieve reasonable distribution,it will encourage upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain to jointly carry out low-carbon emission reduction production.The results of related studies suggest that by strengthening the mutual relationship between the member companies of the manufacturing supply chain in the market and the industry,it will help to unify the environmental awareness of all members in the supply chain and improve the overall environmental performance of the supply chain;Implementing the ecological compensation system to the node enterprises can effectively solve the problems of partner selection,stakeholder identification,ecological compensation methods,ecological compensation income distribution,and ecological compensation incentives of furniture manufacturing green supply chain.The results have enriched the theoretical system of furniture manufacturing green supply chain research,and can be used to guide the development of manufacturing green supply chain practices,and better promote the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.The project results are important for balancing and coordinating the relationship between economic performance and environmental performance of manufacturing companies,and have important reference significance for implementing ecological compensation in the manufacturing green supply chain,enhancing the enthusiasm of manufacturing companies to actively improve environmental performance,and promoting our country’s environmentally friendly and resourcesaving industrialization.
