With the development of the economy,people’s living standards are getting higher and higher,and the scale of cities continues to expand,resulting in more and more serious water pollution problems.In view of the environmental problems caused by water pollution,there is an urgent need to study a set of efficient,safe and stable sewage treatment control system.This thesis introduces the basic process and process of factory sewage treatment,and designs a sewage treatment system based on Siemens PLC.Firstly,this thesis introduces the purpose and significance of this subject and the development of sewage treatment automatic control system at home and abroad,the process and related process of sewage treatment control system,the overall scheme design of control system,system hardware structure and design,working principle and system software PLC ladder diagram programming to illustrate the application of PLC in sewage treatment process.Various data in the sewage treatment system are analyzed,and several typical automatic control modes are studied.Omron cp1h-xa PLC is selected to be applied to the system.For the sewage treatment system,the automatic control process is designed,and the manual control program is compiled by using CX programmaer software,including coarse and fine grids,slag remover,lifting pump house,aeration grit chamber Seven automatic control subroutines such as oxidation ditch aeration realize the automatic control of each process equipment in the sewage treatment system.In this,MGCs configuration software is used to develop the monitoring and control program of PLC,and multiple interfaces including main interface,monitoring and control interface of start and stop automation of each subsystem and its related equipment,alarm interface,historical data interface and real-time data interface are designed to monitor the operation and stop of all equipment in the sewage treatment system and the change of water level at key positions in real time,It can carry out real-time,whole process and automatic monitoring of the sewage treatment system.The design of the automatic wastewater treatment control system combines the latest PLC control technology with the latest wastewater treatment process to achieve automatic control of the whole wastewater treatment process,and can monitor the operation status of each link in real time,can find faults in time and deal with,stable,High efficiency,energy saving,perfectly meet the requirements of sewage treatment.
