| The shortage of water resources in the industrial park and the pollution of water environment are one of the important challenges facing the society today.Lowcarbon industries with low energy consumption,low pollution and low emissions are the future development trend of the industry.However,the current low-carbon industrial water supply and drainage system design does not fully consider the potential of comprehensive reuse of inter-plant drainage,resulting in the over-scale design of the drainage system and the waste of reusable water resources.Therefore,based on the analysis of the status quo of water and wastewater in low-carbon industrial parks,this paper proposes a strategy for the sequential use of water resources in low-carbon industrial parks from both management and technology aspects.The main research contents of this thesis are:In view of the lack of water quality and quantity analysis of recyclable water resources for the low-carbon industrial parks,this paper analyzes the drainage characteristics and water demand of low-carbon industrial parks through literature review and field research.From the perspective of drainage law,drainage pollution degree and characteristic pollutants,the drainage streams suitable for sequential use are screened out,in which the discharge is continuous and stable,the pollution degree is low,and the toxic pollutants are not suitable for direct sequential use;Moderately polluted,slightly toxic or non-toxic,suitable for indirect sequential use.By analyzing the characteristics of water use in industrial parks and the status quo of water use in typical enterprises,the Qingshui River stocks with high potential for recycling of electronic information,bio-pharmaceuticals and new energy auto companies are screened out.Through calculation,the water-saving potential of the three enterprises in the plant is 28.8 %,31.9%,and 6.3%,respectively.The water potential of the inter-plant use is 80%,75%,and 49%.The inter-plant use can improve the water saving of the enterprise.potential.Aiming at the problem that the design of water resources in the low-carbon industrial park is not systematic,this paper proposes the construction steps of the water resources sequential utilization system,and establishes the inter-plant indirect sequential utilization model with the minimum fresh water as the objective function.The results of the model under the combination of five different processing units were compared,and the fresh water,pollutant emissions and operating costs were analyzed in five cases.The smaller the average outlet concentration of the separation processing unit,the smaller the amount of fresh water and pollutants discharged,and the higher the operating cost.In view of the problem of information asymmetry in supply and demand of enterprises in low-carbon industrial parks,and the lack of motivation for enterprise transformation,this paper proposes a management mechanism for contract watersaving management,and builds a park under the contract water-saving framework,water-saving service enterprises and water supply and demand.The management system of the enterprise.Constraints on contract water saving management,including drainage information,enterprise costs and project risks.Setting up an information platform and improving water resource utilization indicators can reduce information asymmetry between enterprises;increasing relative water consumption costs can increase the power of enterprises to use sequentially;and installing water quality online detection systems at key nodes can improve water safety.. |
