In the NC machining workshop of the discrete manufacturing enterprise,the dynamic resource information,such as the load of the machine tool,the fault and the remaining life of the tool,will affect the formulation and execution of the workshop scheduling.The traditional workshop management mainly focused on the static information of workshop resource,ignoring the dynamic information of workshop resources.The development of NC workshop management system is used to manage the static information and the dynamic information of machine tools,tools,NC program and materials.Then on the basis of the workshop resoures management and workshop task order,In order to avoid the production disruptions due to the lack of machine tools,tools or processing capacity,it is essential to plan reasonable production scheduling for workshop.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The article first analyzes the existent problem in the NC workshop management system.The overall design scheme of the management system of NC machining workshop based on dynamic resources is proposed,and the general framework and development environment of the management system are determined.Finally,designed the system database structure.(2)Research on the resource information management of NC machining workshop.The system is mainly divided into workshop resource management module,scheduling management module,workshop scheduling module and assistant management module.Research on resource information management of NC workshop based on dynamic resource was proposed in this paper,then in order to manage the static information and dynamic information of the machine tools,tools,materials and NC programing,It is essential to establish the management object model of NC workshop resource and the relationship between machine tools and tools.Lastly it will provide workshop dynamic resource information for process.(3)Research on flexible job shop scheduling by considering tool flow.In the process of traditional job shop scheduling,the cutting tools are ignored.However,because of the increase of product diversity and the restriction of the cost of cutting tool,the tool resource constraint can not be ignored.First,to establish the flexible job shop scheduling model by considering tool flow,which processes can be processed on different machine tools and different tools can be selected for processing on different machine tools.Then,the mixed Ant Colony and Genetic Algorithm are designed to solve the flexible job shop scheduling problem which consider tool flow.Ant Colony Algorithm will be applied to solve the process route selection problem.In order to obtain the reasonable scheduling scheme which can meet workshop requirement,the decoding method by considering tool collision constraint is studied.(4)The development and testing of the system function module.The system is developed by using C#.NET programing language,and it uses SQL Server as backgroud database.In addition,job shop scheduling algorithm was written by Matlab.Lastly,the feasibility of management system was tested by using the specific case.
