With the penetration of information technology in the water industry,the construction of intelligent water resources has gradually become an important task of water resources management.Intelligent water supplies is the combination of traditional water supplies and information technology,the combination of intelligent sensing equipment and intelligent algorithm,and the new concept of improving the efficiency of water resources management and solving water problems intelligently.The construction of intelligent water supplies is omni-directional and multi-level,which requires both monitoring and control.In order to achieve the goal of visible,predictable and controllable water supplies,many cities in China have started the research on the core technology of smart water supplies to build smart water solutions based on the actual needs of water resources business and water problems.In recent years,the rapid development of the domestic economy has led to many water problems,especially water pollution.Surface water pollution in China is on the rise,and the probability of water pollution emergencies and pollution intensity are increasing.In the aspect of early warning and prediction,the application of early warning system in China is less due to the immaturity of real-time water quality monitoring technology.The process of emergency treatment for water pollution incident is complicated and immature.Therefore,in the construction of smart water supplies,it is urgent to work out a set of smart solutions for emergency treatment of sudden water pollution incidents,so as to effectively solve the problem of sudden water pollution and reduce the harm of water pollution.Based on real-time online water quality monitoring,this paper constructs an intelligent decision-making chain for emergency treatment of sudden water pollution based on emergency treatment of sudden water pollution.The early warning model of sudden water pollution,the tracing model of water pollution and the risk evaluation system of sudden water pollution are established.In early warning model,USES the wavelet denoising algorithm and nonlinear regression(NAR)neural network water quality prediction model is established,and additional water quality monitoring data as the training data,the neural network model constantly adjusting and optimizing,achieve the goal of intelligent forecasting water quality parameters,as well as the prediction model of residual error sequence analysis and mining,by adopting the method of minimum practical threshold detecting quality abnormal values.Through case verification,the accuracy of anomaly detection is high.In terms of water pollution traceability,in order to obtain the high frequency monitoring sequence data of water quality parameters that cannot be monitored in situ in real time,the formula of high frequency soft measurement of water quality parameters is proposed by using multiple regression analysis method.And build the source database,new pollution source information continuously,can achieve the similar happened quickly identify pollution sources,and the "strange" pollution source,turn back problem for parameter optimization problem,with the calculated value of two-dimensional water quality model and the measured outlier mean absolute error as the objective function,using particle swarm optimization algorithm for solving the pollution sources of information.Through the verification of laboratory flume experiment and real river experiment,the traceability model takes less time to calculate,and has the best recognition effect for the location of pollution sources.The occurrence time and the accuracy of pollutant quality can satisfy the confirmation of pollution sources in practical application.Based on the early warning model and the traceability model,the characteristics of water pollution are mastered,the water pollution risk evaluation index system is established,and the risk level is determined by the comprehensive evaluation index.The songhua river nitrobenzene water pollution event is selected for verification,and the data of this event is confirmed to be extremely high risk water pollution event,which indicates that the established risk evaluation system can accurately evaluate the risk of water pollution event.
